anyone else in for the long haul?

maybe set yourself a mini-goal hun, something that's achievable and that you can reward yourself at with a non-food treat :) x

I write my weight down everyday and in the last few days have gained 200g here and there so went looking and it works out every 20-24 days after my period I gain then once that dreaded beast comes I have big losses, So it seems this is normal for my body and weight gain, Just something I have observed :)
I dont use laxatives YET but love my oatbran :)

I am also in it for the long haul, says Oct. 2011 for my goal weight day...Hope I can help to keep you motivated as well as I will need all the help I can get also. I'm on day 4 and have lost 6.6 lbs so far....95 lbs to go for 200 lbs...Not sure if I will stay at that weight or go lower, will have to wait and see how it feels on me...as far as laxatives, right now, I am having the opposite problem...I can not stray too far from a restroom.....ughhh
