I do the same... my issue at the minute is not so much my food intake but my lack of exercise... need to sort that out lol!! :eek:
 
Oh I only walk at the mo. The only exercise dvd I have is the 30 day shred...I do like it when I get going. I just need get going. Haha ;)
 
Loving the forum, so good to hear from people who are all in same situation!! I'm on fourth week and lost 17lb, the diet really is amazing! Going the gym at my local hotel although I prefer swimming to the gym!!

Wow!!! Well done you! Thats brilliant and very encouraging. I love swimming but feel too fat to go yet.

Hi guys

Well so far me and the other half have stuck to sw. He struggles abit cos he eats the same thing all the time but im loving it. Iv noticed that I eat loads more and theres alot more food prep involved, which means when I go back to uni in 3 weeks im going to have to be prepared. Iv never food prepped before.

Today iv eaten....

35g shredded wheat (hex b) with fat free natural yoghurt and apricot

Eggs, beans, toms, mushrooms, onion, bacon

Chips done in the actifry with frylight, cod and mixed veg.

Muller light
Meringue nest - 3syns
2x pack snack a jacks - 11syns
Squirtie cream - 1syn
Milk - hex a
