Anyone else struggle in the evening especially seeing food ads?

I'm really good all day long then it gets to the evening & I just want to eat.

The problem happens when all my soaps/programmes are on & the bears are in bed. I see all the food ads for lovely xmas food & chocolate etc then I want to eat all in sight.

I've got sw friendly things to snack on but just go over by syns by having just 1 more alpen light, 1 more curly wurly etc.

I wish they wouldn't put food ads on :(

Anyone else have this problem & how can I overcome it?

I did use to be the same but started hobbies that need my hands to keep them occupied. This came about when I was giving up smoking but helps now with the munchies too.
So I started to make jewellery (about start up my own website for it!), origami flowers etc (can't let foody bits on the paper!) knitting etc. And it's things that can be done in front of the telly if you want.

Don't watch the adverts! Either look away, or walk out of the room, or mute the sound, until they are over.

I never see television adverts because I always record programmes and watch them later - sometimes only a little bit later - then I can fast forward past them and don't have to waste my precious time looking at them.

I sympathise BB because I feel the same. My mouth actually waters when I see some of the ads. So far I have managed to be good.
