Having come thru sumthing v similar v recently (as you know) i think Dubs is right. A passing notion wouldn't be enough to break a 15 year bond (with lovely kiddies). As long as she sees it in a similarly innocent light, then theres prob nothing to worry about.

Ahh sounds sweet about your new man megs! I wish when I fell in love with my Matt that I had the butterflies that stopped me eating.... Instead I put on 2stone in our first year together from just being content and eating out etc! Lol. Xx

Lol Laura, this made me smile.it also motovitated me, as look how well you're doing now xx. I will embrace my butterflies from now on i think :)

Meals today

Scrummy breakfast
Natural yogurt with fruit compote

1 tbsp raisins or sultanas, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 cinnamon stick, 2tbsp sweetener, 2 tbsp water, 2 dessert apples.

Put all ingredients in a small saucepan except apples. Simmer until sugar dissolves, then add apples cores peeled and sliced, add more water if need be to almost cover apple. Then simmer until apples cooked and almost all liquid gone . Serve.

Lunch- egg Mayo and tomato sandwich, wotsits, banana, shape delight yogurt, 1 twirl heroes choc.

Dinner oh my it's gorgeous
Spaghetti carbonara from Jan/ feb mag.
Cook spaghetti or tagliatelle as instructions, meanwhile cook 100g chopped bacon in frylight , for 2 mins, add 4 cloves garlic crushed, stir fry til cooked. Drain pasta add bacon and 3 beaten eggs ( hot pasta will cook egg mix) add 50g Parmesan, season and toss.
Divide spaghetti between 4, garnish with flat leaf parsley and more Parmesan. Serve with side salad.

You girls r so good. Im working weird hrs, but been as good as i can.
5 a dsy: pear, apple, peas, tomatoes & strawberries.
Stairs done :)
Brekky: Quorn sausages, grilled tomatoes & beans.
Dinner: Pasta, passatta & peas.
Syns: golden lights 5, 1 celebration 2, 2 quorn sausages 2. Total: 9
All eating done at work except brekky. Another good day :)

Omg Tracy, sorry it's taken so long to see your message. You know you can mAil me anytime. I'm sure it's all innocent and let's face it men are such divs most of the time. They don't see the harm in things they do, don't realise when we need to hear something and don't tell us what we want to hear.
Having been divorced and now with my new man for 4 yrs I am the most sensitive, paranoid, 'eyes in the back of my head' woman around. I would have been throwing all sorts of toys out of my pram but you know him better than anyone and you'll know what to do. In the meantime you vent away on here as much as you like xxxx
 
Right - today's exercise - a 5 min zumba dance (1 song) with Lauren then stairs for 50 steps

5 a days - cherries, mushrooms , tomatoes, spring onions, French beans

Breakfast - mushroom cheese omelette (hea)

Lunch - tortellini (1/2 pack - 2.5 syns) tomatoes, Parmesan (1.5 syns) mullerlite

Dinner - mango chicken (1 heb + 2 syns for mango chutney) with coriander couscous and French beans

Dessert - black forest roulade - serves 4, 4 syns per serving

10 syns in total. May have hot chocolate in bed so could be 12 syns.
 
OK so... stairs are done.. Done 80 stairs up, 40 down.. Another 40 down on my way home :D
Also doing Curves tonight...

5 a day: 2x Satsumas. Banana. Pototoes. Mixed veg. M&S mini Sprouts. And Strawberries

Meals for today...
Brekkie: Porridge
Lunch: Ham, rocket, ex LF laughing cow triangle on toasted WW bagel.
Dinner: Bangers n onion mash.. with veg..
Snack: Meringue nest with 0% fat natural yogurt n strawberries :)
 
Good going dubs,I did 50 stairs earlier plus about an hour and half of walking,plus more walking in a bit,and then some more stairs later :)

Curves is cancelled (possibly) for this evening..
I have a BANGING headache so am going to get my glasses sorted once n for all..
I got new glasses shortly before Christmas but as my last test before then was about 7 years ago.. the new lenses are too much of a jump for my eyes to adjust to so my glasses make everything far more blurred than without them.. So I need to go n get re-tested n get an inbetween prescription before I can wear my true prescription.. Hopefully stop these darn headaches once n for all...

Little snack I found very useful this afternoon a pack of milky way stars only 67 calories that's only 3.5 syns . Lovely with a cup of coffee

PS.. Stairs are done.. F&V for today are: 2x Satsumas. Red apple. S/berries. Banana. lettuce, tomato n onion. Potato. Meals are: Porridge. BLT bagel. N dinner TBC.. :)
