Anyone else weigh at home on a thursday- wanna post?

I would be really grateful for any advice you could give me pebs, and thanks for going out of your way to ask :)

We eat in shifts too and it's only cos hubby sometimes doesnt want dinner till later!

I started off good until dinner tonight , I cooked for everyone and 2 sausages, some bacon , 3 spoons of beans and 2slices of toast.

I could have used that as an excuse to carry on but I didn't, so that's good for me lately!!!!

For breakfast today I had 2 ww bread spread with a tsp of chocolate Philly on each made into a sarnie with a sliced banana !!
It was sooooo good, and I'm having it again tomorrow, just have to work out pp for the Philly .

This is a picture of my bad knee.
It is looking down toward my foot, and it is my right knee, even I didn't realize how wonky it is !!!!

I can't swim either.. Sucks doesn't it?!
Yea aqua zumba sounds good.. They'll ask at the start of anyone has injuries and will tell you a better way of doing certain bitz that might hurt/affect yer knee.. :)
 
Ouch! Tracy that looks so painful. Bear with me and I will get you some advice. Right next, dubs and the ibs. I'll get you some advice too I have a thing at work I can print and email.

Dinner was delicious its one of my faves. I had a good day- cereal and yogurt for brekkie with a cappuccino , then lunch a sandwich with HAM,! yes you guessed it, mustard, tomatoes and cucumber. Packet of crisps from lidl, only 68 calories. Satsuma and a banana. Dinner you know, but I'm saving an orange kitbag for my night time cuppa then I've had 8.5 syns .

That banana choccie Philly sounds gorgeous I'm dribbling ere!

Morning weigh in : Monday weight was 17 st 4 ( ahhhhhhhh!!!)
Thursday weight 17st 3
Lost this week 3 lb :) happy with that

Even better! Now hold on to that good feeling and keep it going , each lb off is a weight off that knee, it's a step closer to pain free limp free walking . Dead proud of you xx

Hi chums sorry I'm late getting on here , worked til 530 then straight to an awards evening at sons school, he got an outstanding achievement award for IT . So I haven't had a chance to log in. How did your weigh in go dubby ?

Had cereal and yogurt for brekkie, cheese, spring onion, green pepper and mayo sandwich . Bacon waffle crisps , a banana for lunch. Then dinner just had cheesy comfort pie and beans .
