We eat in shifts too and it's only cos hubby sometimes doesnt want dinner till later!
I started off good until dinner tonight , I cooked for everyone and 2 sausages, some bacon , 3 spoons of beans and 2slices of toast.
I could have used that as an excuse to carry on but I didn't, so that's good for me lately!!!!
For breakfast today I had 2 ww bread spread with a tsp of chocolate Philly on each made into a sarnie with a sliced banana !!
It was sooooo good, and I'm having it again tomorrow, just have to work out pp for the Philly .
