Anyone else weigh at home on a thursday- wanna post?

Hey dubs, if its stewing or casserole steak yes perfect for the slow cooker .

You can brown it tonight if you have time, I don't always brown mine sometimes I just fling it in.
But yes brown with some onion and mushrooms if you are using them, and a tsp of any herb you like.
I then throw into slow cooker with veggies
a tsp of marmite,
dash of Worcestershire sauce,
beef oxocube or a stockpot jelly etc
and a little bit of water or a tin of tomatoes if you want a tomatoey base, but not if you want a beefy base. Xx

I've had a fab day cos it's my day off. Ha ha. Lots of gardening and sorting out. It's blisteringly hot here so I've got a bit of a tan too whilst digging.

Had no time for brekkie so lunch I had -

2 garlic stuffed olives , 4 baby gherkins, lettuce, tomato, cucumber avocado, egg, potato salad. ( 1 syn for the salad cream in it) Low fat coleslaw (2.5 syns) , ham, grated cheddar (1 hexa) 1 syn for a squidge of mayo

Dinner this evening-
Pasta alla everythinga

So i boiled 1/2 bag of pasta then sauce was made of
- 3 chopped mushrooms, 1/2 red pepper chopped and 1 small onion chopped all into a pan sprayed with fry light , cooked until soft . Added a squidge of tomato purée , a tsp garlic paste and black pepper / salt to taste.
Then I added half a carton of passata .
Yesterday we had a BBQ so we had some chorizo and chicken skewers left over. I chopped them up small and added them to the pasta sauce .
All heated through then poured over pasta and into an ovenproof dish . I added a hexa worth of cheese slices to the top, sprinkled with Italian herbs and baked until cheese melted - served with green salad - yum

Morning and welcome to Thursday weigh day . I've been better this week and lost the 3.5lb gain from my weekend last week now I've to tackle this 2.5lb that's holding me back from the next 'stones' down.

Another hot one guys so plenty of water.

Yucky old day at work for me today as every day brings new confrontations as I'm working my notice and they're being asses.

It's you n me dubs and one of us is pregnant so that's no pressure then on me to lose each week. Lol. Xxx

Nearly there.... Well.. The floors nearly done. Cabinets shud n next week.... Excited to b so close to having a kitchen!!!

I've had a good week , had a couple of blips but all in all a good one. I've 14lb to lose in 6 1/2 wks so I'm on a mission to knock as much into that as poss.

i have a question for you both,can you explain the rules of extra easy to me,I have never done it but am trying to get my head around it but just want to make sure I have got it right !!!!!

Hey hun. Ok so ya can hav as much lean meat, eggs, fish, pasta, rice, potatoes, fruit n veg as ya like. Each meal must be 1/3 super free. N ya hafta hav 1 healthy extra a & 1 healthy b per day. Then ur allowed up to 15 syns per day but 10 is the recommended to use.
 
Thanks dubs,it's being able to eat red day and green day stuff together,it just doesn't seem right !!!!
Will give it a go xx
