I feel completely normal as if nothing has happened. I have been on SS and 200 calories in the evening as well. I have been good. I am anxious about tomorrow though.

Hi Milena - I am close by to you farnborough fleet direction. I am currently on my 3rd day of restart. Its not going too bad at the moment.

I want to lose 3 stone so I am healthy BMI wise -but know deep down would like to get down to 10.4!

Good luck. I lost 5lbs although I hoped for more. 1/2 inch off boobs and 1 inch off round the middle!

hi girls its my day 3 and i dont feel too good now, but as my test shows i am in ketosis now so i dont understand why i feel bad?

I bought ketostix today so will test tomorrow I will be on day 5 of LT then so hope I am in Ketosis - I have enough fat that needs eating thats for sure. I was watching a new potential horsey doing dressage at lunch time and all I could smell was bacon butties I was sooooooooo tempted but didn't and came home and had my chicken soup which has never seen a chicken in it's life hehehe
