Hi,

I go to S.W in Dundalk, we're very lucky to have plenty of butchers involved with S.W

Even the local chinese is now doing syn free dishes thanks to one of the consultants.

I am in Dublin. Loving this plan so much. Only folllowing it from home but I think it is brill.

Have lost the excess stone in the last 2 months but could do with losing a few more pounds.

Am a gold member of WW but could not get back within range following my last baby so decided to try SW.

Eating way more yet the weight is falling off. I love the plan!
