Anyone got any tips?

Anyone know of an effective way on how to tighten up the skin after being on this diet?

I still go to the gym, i was just wondering if theres anything else i can be doing.
 
If you mean just skin - as opposed to flesh then there's no way to tighten it up. I have loads of loose skin but tell myself it's preferable to having it full of fat like it used to be. One of the trainers at the gym should be able to tell you whether what you are trying to do is achievable - if they know what they're talking about.
