Charlie, how are you getting on with the High5 tabs? I love them, the juice goes down really easy.....but it does make me wee a lot! x

My oh just got me some dusky pink Jeans from teacos cos I kept going on that I wanted some :)

Yay! We can look fab together! Tried mine on with the black vest top and black cardigan and it did look nice. Just need to shape up my legs now! My head is slowly getting back in the right place for this whole exercising lark!

Anyone know a good Green day canelloni recipe that doesn't involve mushrooms? (OH won't go near them!)

I made it a little too weak but it tasted alright and drank the whole thing. Have made tomorrows batch stronger! We'll see on sat if it really does hell you burn 41% more fat though! Haha

I love it! And so low syn :) I have an abundance of dark Ryvita so I might try substituting the scan bran with that and see how it goes!

It's just passata with a bit of garlic/ basil and add your hex cheese of choice cheddar or Parmesan on the top of the cannelloni which you fill with the quark/spinach mixture just add lemon zest, basil, garlic to the mixture if I remember it was yummy serve with salad or sw chips x hope that makes sense not that good at explaining things :)

Well done on trying to quit Charlie it's the hardest thing I ever did in my life but so worth it keep going babe one ciggie at a time.
Yesterday a customer came in the shop he had an electric ciggie, you drag on it and even puff out smoke but no harmful tar/nicotine and no smell.
Maybe have a look at them then you can still sit out with your cuppa and feel like you having a ciggie. Good luck I'm sure by all the post all us ex smokers will support you through it xx

Got bored of waiting for my other half n his mate to leave the house so I can zumba so u just put it on n stripped down to ma zumba clothes. My oh soon took his mate out hahaha. Much as I feel sorry for him n don't mind him staying every so often it does my diet so much damage cos I feel o can't exercise. Our house isn't big enough for him to go n sit in another room!
