Good night had & we staggered up the road quite happily! Hence, poorly head this morning!
Dont worry about that gain Charlie as Im sure it was your unused muscles retaining water & it will be off in no time!
What a loss in 2 days Annie, thats pretty amazing & just goes to show how much we fluctuate!
Nikki, Im sure you'll get that fat % down in no time & enjoy your night tonight!
Loving all the positives......my one, is we discussed our menu plan for the week & will include some dishes we haven't had for a while. Having chicken roast for dinner tomorrow & monday with Jersey Royals, as we cook enough for 4 dinners & it will save cooking on monday as DH going to hospital to have his cocyx manipulated under general anaesthetic!!!
Hope you all having a lovely saturday. We're just going to snuggle up in front of a coal fire tonight & watch The Voice & BGT!

At least you scored! Last home game of the season and we lost 3-0. Millwall scored within the first 3 minutes and it set the tone of the whole game. Around the 80th minute, we missed a penatly and conceded a goal in the space of about 2 mins. They did a half hearted lap of honour at the end (which wasn't even a lap) and I was livid - this is my first season as a fan and I wanted a picture with Delaney, but they couldn't even be bothered to come and say hello. Barely anyone stayed after the match, a lot of people left after we conceded the third goal - the whole match was so frustrating..
