Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

I found something similar for £2. Staying at OHs tonight and he's already asleep! I shall have to burn my calories another way! x
 
Haha you lot are funny. Day six level one of shred done. Late for me so rather chuffed and it wasn't nearly as bad as other days. Eating still not at its best but syns used on coleslaw and cornflakes as opposed to chocolate or crisps. Progress.

Heehee! Hubby. Actually, I manage to collar him most nights! I get home earlier than him, so I make tea, do the dishwasher, sort lunches for the next day, do the washing etc. Then we walk the dog, get pjs and light the fire!!

Oh that is uncanny. That's my household. Every Sunday I get mine done. Polish, rubs down hard skin, massage. I even make sure I wear my high heel shoes so my feet are crying out for a rub haha....sky sports is on and I read paper lol. Kim glad it went well for hubby today and that chocolate is nothing in comparison for our health and you deserve it x
 
Me again. What do you all think about Extra points for excercise on ww? Does it spur you on? Why doesn't sw advocate it if its a good thing? Seems appealing x

Not sure why SW don't do activity points like WW, but I suppose you can still eat as much free & superfree as we want.....not the same as choccie tho!
Bike tomorrow I think as it burns more than running or maybe a bit of both....necks pooped I'm sure, so surely can't do anymore damage!x

Vicky, that's a good point. If that's the time when you retain water then that could be the cause. Hope that you're ok about it?

Still in bed. Putting off the moment when I need to get dressed. Off to earls court today. Can't decide what to wear! I hate being hot, so think I'll go for a dress, jacket and rain coat (which is very cute!). I need to be formal as it is work after all.

Positives for the day. Day 3 with no wine. Wide awake and feeling fresh. My favourite tv night is planned for later (soooo lazy!). X

Restless night again as poor hubs a bit tender, but told him today would be worse for him, but he's thinking he's getting 'man flu'.....oh boy there is nothing worse than a man with 'man flu'!
Hairdressser coming round at 8.30 thats why Im up sooooo early, but will see how legs are later as still sore from run on Sunday & will go for a cycle, powerwalk or jog! Feeling a bot oooky after last nights chocolate fest!!!
Dinner tonight is going to be left over veggies from Sundays chicken roast made into bubble & squeak & sausages x

Well done getting up early I've just done shred think I'm a day behind so that's day 9 for me woohoo feels good once you've done. Have you done your measurements going do mine see if any change
