Since having your baby Deb I'm sure you will have changed shape, but at least you're doing something about it with exercise & SW. Try not to get too discouraged as you'll get there with all the effort your putting in, it just takes time as we all know! X

Thanks Kim. Not feeling as bad today about it, the situation is the same and only me can change it. Think if am brave enough I Will try on pair old jeans and they can be my motivation. Once am in them comfortably I know I am makin progress. Have good day all x

Thanks going sainsburys today to get some chicken tikka pieces cause lidl have stopped selling them and it's the closest supermarket to the shop. Will have a look for them. I'm sure it will be just fine with sausages cause bolagnaise sauce goes with anything. Well I think so....yummmy ;-) xx

Morning girls. Haven't managed the shred this morning as i got up too late. I walk to work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday so isn't as easy. Going to try do it tonight but me n my mate r going to bingo so might not have time. Haven't had a day off it since last Tuesday so might be a good thing.

:)

You do need to have a rest now & then, so will probably do some good.....have fun at the Bingo! x

Morning everyone!

I'm in the car on the way to the airport - whoop!

Ran this morning but got drenched so didnt go far. Haven't had chance to go through last nights message as was in the office v late but hope you're all doing well and good luck to any Wednesday weighers xx

Safe journey Emma & let us know how you get on out there. Have fun x

Morning all! Didn't sleep too good last night and woke far too early but not going to let it ruin my day. 2 more days til weigh in and only got 9 of my weekly points left so need to use them wisely!

In bed reading until the postman comes incase he brings me goodies! Then shall head out to get things to make dinner- thinking some Cajun spiced veg and soya mince with rice :) surprised how quick and easy it was to get into weight watchers when I first started sw I made quite a few mistakes but the app makes it all so easy :) x

Sounds as tho you're enjoying it x

Me too, can't believe How easy it was to pick up! I've just put a tin of tomatoes, half an onion, 3/4 of a pepper, spag Bol stock cube and 2 sainsburys bgty sausages in the slow cooker all for 4pp! Might have it with a ww cob or maybe some pasta. Xx

How many PP do you get a day? I can imagine it will encourage you to do more exercise if you can get more points! x

Morning all - just found this thread, I'm fairly new to this site. I'm currently 9stone 5lb and have set my target for 8stone 11... Lost 2lb at wi yday so I'm super motivated to have another good week this week :) x

Welcome! Have you just started on SW? Sounds as tho you haven't too much to lose, so good luck

Thanks Kim. Not feeling as bad today about it, the situation is the same and only me can change it. Think if am brave enough I Will try on pair old jeans and they can be my motivation. Once am in them comfortably I know I am makin progress. Have good day all x

Old jeans that you used to wear are a great guide to go by so keep it up! x

I certainly feel the pressure has been lifted a bit not having to WI weekly, weird tho, all psychological rubbish really! Hope you're feeling better about it as well now Lynica!
Scan is tomorrow eek! Hate them as its very claustrophobic, but doesn't take too long! x

No Booze Challenge

Kim -5 days
Shellie -4 days

The weather is absolutely honking here, feel so miserable with it!!!!!! But no negative thoughts are entering my head, as I shall turn it too my advantage if I can think of anything.....*thinking* !!!! x

Hummm positives for today
1. I am going to bingo tonight with my besti who I dont get to see very often as she works shifts.
2. I am wearing some work trousers that were massive on me last year and today I can just about keep them up.
3. I made a yummy cajun chicken soup last night and im looking forward to having it for dinner

This week my goal is to be on plan and to up my water intake. I've got a bit slack with it the last couple of weeks.
I've been super good today. I know its only 10:50 but it's my boys 1st birthday party Sunday so I've been making personalised chocolate lollipops instead of party bags. I do want to dip my fingers in the melted chocolate and squeeze the icing straight into my mouth! I've managed to restrain myself is far lol

Omg my massive positive for the day is that I didn't miss my flight!! Got stuck in traffic for two hours (should take 40 mins). I thought I was going to cry at one point!

Anyway, made it and now in the lounge - trying to resist a glass of wine to calm my nerves but don't think that looks too good considering all the breakfast stuff is still out!

Oooh and another positive is I have resisted al the pastries and toast that are out!! Xx

Right ladies I need some fund raising ideas. My little cousin was diagnosed with a brain Timor a couple of months ago and even though it was removed it is still cancerous, she needs to go to America for proton theory which is funded by the nhs but my uncle has to pay living expenses for the 10 weeks it's going to take. Only thing is I'm terrified of heights so can't do anything like that. I want to do something fun. Any ideas?

Omg that's awful vicky! Good luck with the fundraising - it sounds like you've got lots of good ideas already. I think a skatethon would be good and something different xx

These are my magic shorts Kim!

Have a great time, it's so nerve wracking being stuck in traffic when you have a flight to catch so glad you made it! X

Haha! Nothing wrong with a glass of wine this time of the morning is there?! Whoops thats where I've been going wrong then lol!
How long are you away for Emma? Dont fret too much about the food out there, as Im sure you will be able to make some really good choices. I remember when we were in Washington DC, their breakfasts were amazing & would fill you til dinner time....fruit, yogurt, eggs, bacon, brown toast.....! Will be fun tho, as I love seeing how diffferent countries view food. Did you WI today? If you make sensible choices Im sure you will be fine & even if you do put on a bit, it doesn't matter, you'll soon get it off when you get back & the hotel may have a gym so you could do some CV work. Stay safe x
