Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

I am technically at target at group because I set it so I could go for free as I couldnt afford but im nowhere near target. Still feel so huge!!!
 
OK girls, I have decided to start a little challenge with myself to be 100% on plan til our next 'social', so it means no more naughty Fridays! Im not saying its going to be easy, but Im fed up with these last 13lbs & the only way I will get to target on time, if not before, is to do that! So Im going to write down on here at the end of the day, whether I've been on plan 100%, which plan & how many Syns. This week I'll start from Saturday morning, as I ate my Birthday chocs on Friday, but it will normally go from a Friday which is my WI day........does anyone want to join me?
I will do kim I really need to shift some lbs!!!!!!

Ah I see! You're not huge, but know where you're coming from as we all seem to be bouncing around the same weight & its been going on for way too long! So come on girls we can do it.....keep a diary, have all your Hex's & have 5-15 syns per day.......schimples!!!!!!

Me please. I have been 100% since last week and liking the challenge. I try not to use all my syns in one day so I can have wine at weekend. This is ok I gather?

Thats not a problem with the wine Deb if you're cutting back on syns in the week to have them at the weekend, you will just need to keep an accurate account of them. Looking thru some of the threads on here a lot of people do that, but I see it doesn't work for some saving them, but everybody is different.

I think I'll start from today with everyone, so I can keep an accurate account of everyones daily update x

We can do this girls. We have all been pretty much the same lose a couple, put a couple on. So this will help us to lose these peskies before summer! X

I need 25-27 syns for my wine so even cutting back to less than ten per day helps. Worked for me last week by being careful and noting everything down.

Can I join 100% I know I'm techically maintaining but do need to stay on track as well. I'm not keeping a diary on here at the moment just a paper one, so joining you all will keep my focus. Xx
R we going add a bit if exercise each day too cause I've not done the shred since Friday and probably need to have a challenge to keep me doing it.
I might add that to my 100% so either shred walk or run everyday. I've got 13 weeks to my holiday and need to either maintain this weight or even get a few pounds lower ( to allow for holiday gain).

I've had an alpen light bar sf juice cup of tea at home then at work had grapes mullerlight and weetabix and a cuppa. This usually lasts me till lunch but feel hungry it's not an empty belly it's in me head ( if you know what I mean) I've been a bit picky last 2 days ( nothing too bad) but I think it soon takes grip x

Yeh WI on Sunday and hoping to get to 9st 3 by June 3rd! Sunday will stop me having weekend binges x
 
Does anyone know why, when I try to change the stats on my sig it keeps coming up with not enough characters, or summit like that....thats why Nikki's name is bigger it wont let me change it.....stupido!
I do like things nice & tidy! x
