Haha I know, I've never been so happy to come on :p

It's a shame I'm not getting weighed until next week now, I'm tempted to see if I can get my boyfriend to drive me to one on Monday...but its out of our way and he'd have to wait with little one so might be taking it a bit far...

Had a lovely day yesterday, but didn't feel right in my tummy & today have been on the loo most of the day!!! So, not very chatty today girls. Hope you're all having a lovely weekend. xx
 
I don't belong here (but I want to), just popping in with a question because I'm pretty damn impatient.
I know everyone is different and has different circumstances but I was wondering how long it took all of you (who it applies to) to pass through the 10's in to the 9's?

I was out of the 10's quite quickly a few weeks I think, but started at 10.7. Im struggling with getting out of the 9's & if you have a look at our stats in the 119ers you will see all our start weights & where we are now. So' you're not alone, but keep at it & Im sure you'll get thru the 10's if you stay on plan
 
I was in the 10s for months and still keep bobbing back up.there!

Was.feeling a little bloated today so checked my ovulation calculator and I'm ovulAting today! Wish the thing had.notifications I had totally lost track of the month!

Had yoghurt and pineapple then nothing til now which is more toast. Communion food was like school dinner, few fork fulls and that was it. So am not on plan and rather pissed about it. At least if I was proper off plan I would prob be binge eating, just frustrated.
Doing weekly shop at 9pm at night and running around like headless chicken not best.
Anyway will keep tryin my best but Kim that's me off 100%

Just checked my book, I started at 11 stone 2 1/2, I got to 11 stone my first week, I started 11th April and was 9 stone 12 1/2 by 2nd of August. so took me just under 4 months, once I was out of the 10's I didn't go back, its now I seem to yoyo up and down while I'm trying to get into the 8's

It's rubbish when life makes us go off plan isn't it :( just do your best and you'll be back to being 100% when you can


Took little one to pizza hut, he had ham and cheese pasta and salad and he had a lovely time, it was so nice seeing him eating and smiling and laughing away... not seen that for almost a week. Oh and decided to count 16 syns for the salmon pasta bake, I assumed it would be more because its a foot long but the dish was so shallow and thin, I can see how it would be less syns then the pasta dishes they used to offer when syns online was updated. It was lovely though and I filled up on loads of salad :)

I'm not feeling great myself, but at least I know its TOTM now, so shouldn't last for too much longer

Was your cousin excited about her drawing from the Zumba master vicky? And that graze box thingy was one of my faves too so tasty! Naked sell little packs of lime infused raisins I love them they come in loads of flavours I get them from Asda the cherry and pineapple ones are lush too, though it's wierd eating a raisin that tastes of something different!!

Will go check how many points I used yesterday and come report back for the 100% challenge! X

Deb don't beat yourself up about it as sometimes life just gets in the way. Do you have a weekly plan for your food? Why not try & prepare your food the night before & leave it in the fridge so its just handy & ready for you. What's done is done & you don't want to give up because of a couple of bad days or it will be a slippery slope. Start afresh in the morning & I'm sure you'll get your mojo back x

Yeah normally I have it all planned and ready to go but since Thursday it seems like I was having breakfast, then lunch then dinner time was coming and going,I was still out and about so time I got in all I would want was something quick. I am the type if I don't eat enough I get shaky, faint feeling and need eat something and anything quick. Last night it was nearly 7pm when I got in, was lethargic feeling to had toast with cheese.
Girly night and had my wine which was much deserved ;) and some nibbles that were out as again had toast for snack as had no proper lunch or dinner.....didn't feel guilty which is strange but didn't over eat or eat too bad
No excuse for tom as most of running around done. JUst hope for a sts come Tuesday

good that you dont feel guilty, i find when i dont feel.guilty i find it easier to get back on plan, when i feel guilty i end up skippong syns and HEX.

boyfriend has decided hes still full from yesterdiay (he was a piggy at pizza hut) so doesnt want a cooked breakfast. wish he'd told me yesterday so i could have got berries out of the freezer and not got the sausages out... not sure whether to have one myself or save it until lunch and just have a bit of fruit and yog for now

Well done...not sure who is who as both look great. I think nsv can make you feel better than scales. It's funny cos apart from last week I never get comments. Even when I feel slim no one mentions it but then why would they. Think It's because I always comment on how good people are looking.
