Morning :)

It's the day before we fly to France!!! Eeekk!!!

This morning official WI showed me up to 10st spot on. So this means I have 14lbs to lose... Preferably by 7th July as I have another wedding on this day.

I looked in the mirror this morning and actually didn't see anything that made me feel uncomfortable :-D so I suppose I'm feeling quite good about myself, strange I know!!

Having a detox today and a pamper session with my body wraps, face packs and nail painting!!

At work until 12.30 though :-/ xxx

Its so good to hear you feeling comfortable about yourself. Im sure when you get back from France you'll be well chilled & ready for SW.....you can do it!

I'm heading back home today (to essex) for my dads birthday tomorrow. Going to attempt Kims lovely carrot cake, with the orange icing and try and be really good by not eating it all before i give it to him =P

Is it tuesday you guys start the weel for the 100% challenge? I'd love to join you if that's okay?

Oh and sorry for my wildly out of date details etc on my signature, have only been on here on my phone so i can't see any anyway haha x

I was looking at myself during yoga yesterday n thought I really do,have quite a flat stomach but as soon as I take.my clothes off n look all I see is a fatty :-( think I got some serious issues there n don't think totm is helping much x
 
Morning all, great news Nikki and great news about your future also. We got lucky on first attempt (no joke) and realise we were/are very lucky indeed.
Thought i would sign in as i didnt want to fall under the radar but also dont want to be all negative either. Not being doing so good with the food or the excercse but working on it. Have great weekend everyone and shall sign back when i have my head in the right place x x
 
Ok so re read that and it wasn't meant to sound so self pitying. Am just need kick up ass which am half way through.
Am going to start changing some dinners, starting with miss Kims recipe for Philly. Can't wait

Hi Claire. Really pleased that you're going to try the Carrot cake & hope your Dad enjoys it.
Of course you can join the 100% Challenge. The new week does start on a Tuesday, but only coz thats the day when I suggested we do it, buy you can join today or Tuesday, whatever you feel is best for you. Annie joined mid-week x

Well kim thought i had your recipe but cant find it? Is it a pain in backside for you to give me it again? HOWEVER when i couldnt find it where i thought i had put it i started to scroll through old posts to see if i could find it and what did i find? a whole load of posts where i am moaning "too many syns", feeling fat, "ugh ugh ugh" seriously girls i need to get a grip. Seems i go a couple of days feeling good and doing well then bam....am off moaning again. I do apologise for the moaning and i know we are all here to support each other etc but do i really need to be propped up all the time? No i should be able to give support rahter than blinking moaning

Rant over - what is the point in moaning? I am going to aim for one day at a time and build a bridge and get over it! There that is me told!!!
 
Deb that's what we are here for to encourage and support and get us all to target!

It's nice to pop on when feeling focused and positive about it all - but often I come on and rad minimins when I'm not feeling so good about it all as hearing how everyone else is getting on whether it be great losses or also struggling helps keep me on track. We are not alone we all have rubbish days/weeks when we are not really feeling in the zone or comfortable about our bodies and that's what we are here for so moan away when you need it ;-) x

Today will be off plan but sensible as heading to a BBQ so taking my own veggie burgers and drinks and will try to not go too crazy with nibbles! X

Right Phili recipe........dont lose it! Its just a made up one & you can adapt it as you like & quantities are for 2 people

Stir fry some chopped onion, leeks, mushrooms & garlic in Frylight
Add in your choice of chopped chicken, pork, beef, prawns or veg of choice.....if its veg like carrots, broccoli etc I tend to steam them til their cooked & then add to already cooked onion mix. Cook the meat until just slightly under done as it will carry on cooking when you add the stock & phili as you dont want to over cook it, as it will go tough.
Dissolve 2 veggie stock cubes in approx 300mls of boiling water & add to your veg/meat mix & stir for a few mins until reduced slightly.
Add 150g light Phili (hexa/b) & stir thru until all mixed with meat & or veg
Season with salt & pepper & a little sweetner

Have with rice or pasta & I usually have it as a EE day

Hope that makes some sort of sense, but if you have any probs with it just let me know xx
