Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Not eaten much in terms of food today which has resulted in a sugary fix when visiting dad. Then again tonight. Silly wee snack bars...would have enjoyed a proper chocolate bar. Anyway still within my weekly syns with 7 syns per day til Friday. Really struggle at weekends unless am busy busy. Tryin so hard to stick at it given its my first proper week in ages. Really want to manage at least one full week of doing good. How you guys do it for so long is beyond me, I find it hard stopping at just one.
As I said still within syns so all is good x

Thank you for your lovely comments ladies =) feeling very unsure of myself atm. Deb, i'm wanting to lose at least another 10lbs making me 9st3 which is what i was before i went to uni. Just really struggling with staying on track and shift work really isn't helping =/.

Hoping i can reign it in soon, otherwise i'm going to still be really uncomfortable with myself by reading fest x

yesterday was 100% green, 2 hea, 2 heb, 10 syns

little one got up at 6 this morning, but we've had a lovely morning opening presents :) he was happy to go to school as well, he thinks he's grown a couple of inches now he's 4, bless him. Can't wait for pizza hut tonight.

Claire, I hope your feeling better about yourself before reading, you look amazing! You should go and really enjoy yourself. There's still plenty of time to loose the weight you want to.

Just catching up now. All looking fab in your dresses Claire, Nikki and Vicky!

Glad the party was a success Donna and enjoy pizza hut tonight.

Saturday I was off plan - party at mates house so lots of booze and junk food! Yesterday was too hungover to eat much so thankfully it can be a propoints day! It's nice to just eat what you fancy and point it and not worry about healthy extras I do enjoy that part of ww! X

Thank you love, you're far too kind. Just worried with the food at work and everything completely messing things up.

I've weighed in today as i'll be in canterbury tomorrow where there are no scales... Seems that despite my * week and work and illness i've come in at 9st11. Meaning 2lb loss! X

Thank youuu =D feeling pretty good about it, glad i've had that lil boost before my graduation tomorrow. Still doesn't feel like its tomorrow though.. Still hasn't quite hit me that i'm never going back to uni again bahh

I remember the feeling well lol! Used to do mostly 11 hour shifts plus travelling time meant that by the time you get home it's dinner, shower and bed to do it all over again!

Hopefully you'll get sorted into a routine soon. I'm pretty scared that I'm going back to work this week after 7months off eek!!

You looking forward to graduation? It's a kind of strange mixed emotion day really happy and sad at same time! X

11hours? 10 was bad enough xD i live half hour away from work an have to go through security at the airport as the pub is airside. Because i'm on probation for 6weeks means i have to escorted everywhere... Makes getting there take soooo loooong.

7 months, i'm sure once you get back you'll take it to like a duck to water. What is your job? I can't remember if you'v mentioned before xD sorryyy

I'm looking forward to graduation, i don't think i'll end up being that sad about it except about regretting not doing all the things i wanted to do. I always put others before myself..

OO Laura thats good that your going back to work in a way isnt it??

Claire I used to work in restaurants n do 12 hour shifts theyre a killer arnt they. You will get used to it though and it will mean more pennies!!!

Well done on your loss, that's brilliant considering everything you've had on. It's such a shame about your work with the food, have you worked out what your lowest syn option is on the staff menu? Or are you better off going for something on the full menu and paying for it most of the time?

Thank youuu =D feeling pretty good about it, glad i've had that lil boost before my graduation tomorrow. Still doesn't feel like its tomorrow though.. Still hasn't quite hit me that i'm never going back to uni again bahh

Which uni did you go to? Good luck tomorrow hope you have a wonderful day, would have been my boyfriends graduation this time last year-haha I'd forgotten how busy we were that weekend, literally moved house, had little ones Birthday and then boyfriends graduation all within 4 days. was a wonderful weekend though....despite it being very stressful

Not quite the same but when I started my voluntary work I had to be escorted everywhere around school as well, until my CRB came through, its a pain isn't it? I used to feel like I was a right pain for the people who had to take me everywhere as well

Midnight princess - the dress is fab! Where did you get it? I'm exactly the same weight and hight as you and you look a stone lighter than me I swear!

Enjoy your graduation

The whole washing dishes thing annoyed me so much we bought a dishwasher! Now we argue over who empties it! lol

I work in Greggs nothing exciting :p

Yeh in a way it will be good to be back to normal and it will certainly be fab to have a wage again. Think I'll need to buy myself a treat when I get my first wage again :-D

Just hope my ankle holds up ok as although it's getting much better and I can now do walking about/exercising its still going to struggle having to stand up for entire shift.

Also but silly but I'm nervous about being a bit of an emotional wreck as that would be really embarrassing :-/ hopefully getting back into a routine and such will help with my low mood but of it doesn't it's time to start trying out anti-depressants so its just all a bit overwhelming! Just got to try it and see how it goes really x

Well i think the chicken skewers are the way to go but they are very bland and not on the staff menu. Though the staff menu had changed today and included crab superfood salad, which was awful so only ate the crab cakes...

Jesus you did a lot around his graduation, braaaaave of you xD. I went to UKC, University of Kent, in Canterbury. So i get to graduate in the Canterbury cathedral tomorrow, quite excited but will hardly get to enjoy the views haha

Exactly i feel like i get on everyones nerves because i have to bug someone to get in, bug someone to go to the loo and bug someone to get me out. I annoy myself with it haha.

On shift atm until 8 then heading off the canterburrrryyy x
