Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Just thought I`d say a quick hello!!

I started SW in May weighing 11st 8.5lbs. At last nights WI weighed 10st 1lb. So hope to join this thread officially next week!! lol

I`m 5ft 4ins and my current target is 9st 7lbs. Not sure yet whether I should lower it. Haven`t been in the 8`s for about 20 years!!
 
Thanks tiphareth 2lbs would be brill. Omg I'm sooo bloated 2day. I do all green days & am wondering if it's all the pasta I eat?
Hi grannie Annie I'm new on here 2 ;o) well done on your weight loss so far. I've gone done from 10.3 I usually weigh between 8 & 8.7 when I'm not pregnant which is rare lol!
 
Wow you 3, all so close to seeing that magic 8.
I have got some catching up to do.
But I can't stop over eating. Hope its going to be ok, coz I have to walk about 20 miles a week, to take my children school and playgroup. Wish I had learnt to drive, I have a bit of a phobia of trying!

I have a confession.....i was a total pig yesterday oops! It all started with a chicken mayo roll, then another, then jaffa cakes, sweets, a can of magners, bombay mix & a big portion of homemade cottage pie pmsl! Oh dear i doubt very much i'll be seeing the 8's next wk! I was craving crap food 4 about 3 days & couldnt fight it any longer. Tonight & tomorrow is gonna be really hard cuz its chinese night & a bday carvery 4 my 10yrold. So my plan is to have a beef or chicken chowmein tonight & do a red day tomorrow. I just might be able 2 get away with sts next wk if i can stick 2 that plan. Wish me luck lol.

Snap Hun I've been totally off plan since Thursday !! Just not sure why !! Back on plan for tomorrow just been shopping and stocked up so hoping for lots off superfree and speed foods
On Thursday I had maccys lunch then tgi's for tea has mozzarella dippers then cheeseburger and chips then yesterday was fine at breakfast and lunch but had chocolate and crisps for tea then today have had naughty sausages for breakfast and pizza slice for lunch !!
Oh well got an evening off cooking healthy foods ahead x

I started on 8 Aug weighing 10st 3lbs and I'm now 9st 8lbs. I am hoping to get to 8st 3lbs to lose 2st :cross: but I will assess when I get to 8st 7lbs I think. :innocent0001:

Lol well I'm glad I'm not the only one who's been naughty. I ate all the usual's in the Chinese tonight & now my belly is massive! I don't know what's the matter with me, my willpower has gone flying out of the window :eek:( I just know I'm gonna cave again tomorrow! Not sure I want 2 weigh on weds, I'm scared lol.

Maybe u need a week off !! I sometime do that just take a break and then get back on track see if u can take a weeks holiday but make sure u get back on track as soon as u can !!
I'm back on track today have had fruit for breakfast lots off it am gonna batter the speed foods as I want to see an 8 sooo bad hoping I can avoid a gain !!
 
Boo! After all my positivity I have STS....really struggling with these last few pounds! And I have man flu....there's at least a pound of fuzziness in my head!! So this week then ladies?
 
Maybe u need a week off !! I sometime do that just take a break and then get back on track see if u can take a weeks holiday but make sure u get back on track as soon as u can !!

My halo is back on ;o) because of going 4 a carvery 2day I decided 2 do a red day. I even brought my own gravy in a flask lol. Gonna be really good now until weds & pray that I sts. According 2 my scales this morning I gained 2lbs!!

Yeah good for u gravy in a flask too lol !! Yeah snap I weigh in on wed too so hoping for a STS or even a tiny loss !! Luckily I don't have scales or I would be on them every 2 mins !!

Thanks. I dont think it is set yet, when I have had a month in the 8's, then I will believe it. I also bought an anniversary dress- i want to look amazing in it for our 2nd :) x
