Does this mean that I'm not eating enough to maintain the exercise that I have been doing? Surely I should be losing fat and not muscle! I've been eating until I am full - I haven't felt hungry all weekSurely there's no point in overeating?
Had your physical weight changed any hun?
I know that when I lost 3% in a month, my physical weight went up 1/2lb but I am so much more toned. I actually put it in google and took tips from there and they worked lol
