Yikes, Dugs just told me the Summer ball has been brought forward, so I've only got 13 weeks not 16 weeks to lose the rest of my weight! x
 
Pah! What's 3 weeks in the grand scheme of things anyway?! ;) you can do it way before then x
 
That sounds amazing! How do you make the dumplings? And how many syns are they? I dread to think how high normal ones are!!

I used low fat suet and flour. When I went on the SW webste it told me that dumplings were 2.5 syns. I dont think they are as little as that. I normally just dont have any other syns in the day and treat myself to a dumpling.
 
I'm very tempted! I'll let you know how it goes, once I have my slow cooker :)

Thanks girlies! Need your help though - so so so hungry! Haven't eaten since 12pm and it's killing meeeee! Consultant suggested that I go easy on the food from around lunchtime as what you eat on WI day can affect the scales. Don't get me wrong - she wasn't suggesting that I starve and it was a private conversation between me and her so it wasn't like she was preaching to the group, but last think I want is to eat a jacket potato at around half past 1 and then have the scales say I've gained! I try and eat light on Wednesdays lol
 
I tell a lie - I snuck in an Alpen light bar at about half 2!

Technically I should syn it as I'd already had my healthy extras, but pffft.. It's only three syns and I'd only used up 49 this week x

Eek! Perhaps have some fruit - something light? Or lots of water and make sure you go to the loo before. You've only got an hour and a half left! This is why I couldn't have a WI in the evening - it would cripple me! Are you weighing yourself tomorrow morning too? X
 
I'm considering it, but only if Kim doesn't shout at me! ;)

I'll be ok.. It's only an hour until I leave for group so going to find something to busy myself with. Minimins is usually a good distraction, but only if I dont't get caught ;)

I'm sure she'll let you off for wanting to know how much you weigh after a days worth of food! I would definitely want to know!
 
I'd love to go to a morning group, but it just doesn't fit in with work and I'm not disciplined enough to do SW from home. Weighing in at half 5 in the morning would be immense!!
 
Oh Annie I won't shout at you! But I think Charlie has just come up with a cunning plan! As long as you don't go daft after WI & just have your evening meal, you could WI on a Thursday morning which would give you a true weight as you have no food in the belly. Still take you official SW weight but would be interesting weighing on the Thursday morning& seeing the difference! Do it for a few weeks & compare. When I went to SW I weighed on a Thursday evening & didn't like it! X

That's a good idea, I would weigh in on a Wednesday morning, but I think I would be upset seeing a difference between the two, even if it is only due to food.

The only thing is with me staying at Dad's on WI night is that Thursday morning's scales might be different to my home scales!
 
Have just had a very funny moment .....I was eating a scan bran choc muffin & my cat came & sat on me & sniffed the muffin & took a bite out of it & ate it! She then started licking the empty muffin case! She will be poopin for Britain now! X
