Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Oh Annie I won't shout at you! But I think Charlie has just come up with a cunning plan! As long as you don't go daft after WI & just have your evening meal, you could WI on a Thursday morning which would give you a true weight as you have no food in the belly. Still take you official SW weight but would be interesting weighing on the Thursday morning& seeing the difference! Do it for a few weeks & compare. When I went to SW I weighed on a Thursday evening & didn't like it! X

Sounds like a plan! I know I'd definitely want to know my 'true' weight. Do you stay for the full class Annie? x

Yeah, I do - I wouldn't stay motivated all week if I didn't lol Plus my consultant is so funny, so it's more than just sitting there listening to someone talk about 'dust'.. I'm in charge of the shop for the first time tonight! :innocent0002:

There's Hifi bars, Hifi light bars, Hifi deluxe bars, Scan Bran (both kinds) and a whole bunch of recipe books! I'm going to get an Original cookbook tonight x

Are you KIDDING ME? 4.5lbs is bloody fantastic! I never had a loss that large after my first week! Please don't think that you could have lost more - that is a massive loss! The average is 1-2lbs a week.

You should be super duper proud! What weight are you at now?

Wow that's a fantastic loss well done !! I'd love to loss a pound a week at the minute so 4.5 is brillant well done!!

A really random question ladies... Do you know if silicone muffin cases can go in the microwave? I fancy baking some of the scan bran muffins.
Or do any of you have an other suggestion on what to put the mixture in

Taking a leaf out of Annie's book, I'm going to try for a red day tomorrow!

Here's the plan - I'm new to anything other than EE so would appreciate it if you could point out anything wrong!

Breakfast: 35g porridge (HEB) with summer fruits and banana made with splash milk (from HEA) and water

Snack: Apple and strawberry

Lunch: 35g dried, cooked pasta (HEB) with salad and passata dressing. Mullerlight vanilla chocolate yogurt

Snack: 2 x ryvita crispbread (2) with 1 x laughing cow light triangle from (HEA) and wafer thin ham

Dinner: lean lamb chop with vegetables and 28g dry rice (5)

Supper: 2 x brownies (2.5) with tbsp custard (1)

Total syns: 10.5

Yep, I used mine in the microwave for 8 mins the other day to make brownies! x
 
Though i've just weighed out 28g dry rice and it is not a lot at all for saying how many syns it is - any suggestions for a substitute? Or just the lamb chop with lots of veg?
