Oh Annie I won't shout at you! But I think Charlie has just come up with a cunning plan! As long as you don't go daft after WI & just have your evening meal, you could WI on a Thursday morning which would give you a true weight as you have no food in the belly. Still take you official SW weight but would be interesting weighing on the Thursday morning& seeing the difference! Do it for a few weeks & compare. When I went to SW I weighed on a Thursday evening & didn't like it! X
