I'm having some of the chicken from last night in a sandwich with salad, a bag of Skips and a funsize Curly Wurly :)

For dinner I am cooking penne bolognaise - but I'm not sure 35g pasta is going to be enough! And it's going to be weird having wholewheat! I'm looking forward to trying it though :)

I weighed out 35g pasta and it is literally nothing! I had a jacket in the end instead.

Just had spicy veg soup and about to have Mullerlight mint Choc :) oh and a chocolate tea!

Sounds yum Annie! X

Last night I did 140g pasta... OH had way over half, I had a good 4tbsp and there's at least 4tbsp left. So 35g might be ok hun. Xx

I counted them (lol) and there were 35 (easy maths I suppose..), and I guess once they're cooked it'll look like loads more! I'll try not to go overboard on the meat - I'm trying to embrace this whole 'feeling full quickly' thing haha

I feel like I'm on for another good loss this week! :flirt2: x

Had to syn my bread today though! Boooo! I've gone from not enough HEx's to wanting too many! Haha

I reckon 35g will be ok if I eat and then go and do something else for 5 mins to let it fill me up properly.

Have to say I'm not a fan of any of the mullerlights with choc in, but I bet mint on it's own would be nice :)

Chocolate tea sounds...... different - if it's anything like normal tea, I won't like it lol

What are you having for tea?

Yeah, with lots of sauce :) I'm sure you'll be fine. I have to go an do something after I eat or I don't feel full and will want something else!

It tastes like a creamier version of tea :)

Got pasta and bacon carbonara for tea, EE day today. X

That's what my nan thinks it may be too. I am trying different things as usually it is bread and pasta that do it. Never any other carbs like potato. I've had bread this morning and definitely feel more bloated than when I woke :-(
X

Does sound like a wheat intolerance to me? x

What on earth is a hoppa? Ive got visions of you going to morrisons on a kids space hopper thing?! X

Heehe, that did make me chuckle :D I could try that as we have one of those orange space hopper things!
Dont laugh but a hoppa is one of those trolley things the older ladies have (Im not old! :)) I bought it last year as cant carry anything too heavy coz of my neck & was told they were well trendy in London....or am I gullible lol!

Wholewheat pasta is lush, but 35g not a lot, just over an ounce, but Im sure if you have a salad with it & bulk up the bolognese with veggies Im sure it will be plenty! x

Eeech, not sure about chocolate tea, never heard of it! x

Mmmm, love bacon carbonara x

Phew, its a hottie out there! Just back from a ride & had to be disciplined with myself or I ride for miles! My aim is to do a short ride one day & a long the next, as I need to build up slowlyish as I dont want to damage an already damaged neck! Luckily, I've an underlying fitness as have always done some form of sport & have been brought up with it. Mum & Dad were PTI's in the Army & I married a RM, where exercise is like breathing to them lol! You would think with that background I would be a skinny olympic athlete.....but I do like the good things in life! Cant wait to get back to doing 3 hours in the saddle & not breathing out of my a***!!! x

Wow, thats a lotta money to win, how did you do that?
Investing in a road bike is the best thing I ever did, as I cant run anymore & still want to keep fit. Its a brilliant low impact exercise & you can work up a sweat very easily & burn those fat cells! x

Won it on the Irish lottery :) I might give road running a go first but I have dodgy hips and think it might be quite painful. If I dot succeed I'm going for a bike! X

Thats great, congrats!
If you have dodgy hips Nikki, I honestly dont think road running would help as its so high impact on the joints, but you dont know til you try eh? Treadmill running will be a lot kinder tho! x

*sigh* is it hometime yet? Today has been horrible.

I briefly considered having something from the Red Box (the one I posted a picture of a couple of weeks ago - something I used to regularly help myself to when I was feeling stressed) but then I remembered that I don't need that box anymore!

My appetite is definitely coming back though - uh oh! :eat:

Oh dear, why have you had a horrible day?
WARNING WARNING -DO NOT TOUCH THE RED BOX! :)
Well done on resisting that evil temptress of a box! But glad the appetite is coming back as food is good! x

Well done on resisting! I'm at my gran's and she's got a cupboard full of cakes and such - but I've already had a snack so have resisted and am having some blueberries instead!

OH wants BBQ but I'm the one that ends up buying the meat and cooking it so we're sticking to the pasta and then just chilling in the garden afterwards.

Re the bikes thing - I would love to go out in this weather but no inner tubes makes it rather hard! Bike ride to the pub and back would be immense :)

Well done on the Irish lottery! What a win :) xx

Anything that can go wrong, has gone wrong at work today! 20 minutes to go :)

Feeling super hungry, but only got water to keep me going til I get home in a couple of hours. I'll be ok once I leave work though. Will pick up a banana on my way home x

There are so many temptations around! I'm really feeling it today.

I will have had 12 syns by the end of the day (I had to syn my bread at lunchtime), but considering having one of my SW cupcakes at 3.5 syns for after tea! 15.5 in a day would be ok, surely?!

I had 12 yesterday, 16.5 the day before, 3 on Friday and 10 on Thursday. If I stick to 10 syns tomorrow, I'll be at 67 for the week so far.

Yeah that will be fine :) don't worry about half a bleeding syn! I caved and had a handful of malteasers but only 3 syns. I love malteasers!

Also, do tell more about these SW cupcakes?! X

Definitely going to check those out! My brownies are only 1.5 syns each but are tiny! :(
