Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Ok, don't judge me. I had a beef chow mein and I didn't even weigh it. I started making the toad in the hole, and Dad was saying about not enough sausages etc etc and here's my reasoning:

1) toad in the hole = 5.5 syns, beef chow mein = 8.5 syns (was probably a bit more than that though, cause I didn't weigh it)
2) I usually only eat 7 syns a day, which is 21 under the norm and 56 under maximum, therefore I have some leeway.
3) in 2 weeks, I've lost 8lbs!
4) I've sacrificed a lot in the past few weeks (not eating at the wedding, no kfc etc) so as someone said earlier, 1 meal out of 21 won't hurt.
5) I only need 0.5lbs to get Club 10, so I'm going to have a less strict week - we've got a lot going on and as long as I get my 0.5, I'll be happy

These sound an awful lot like excuses, but they're not! lol It's not a treat night as such, cause I've not gone mental. Does that make it ok? lol

We wouldn't judge you & your not making excuses so stop your stressin! As you say you have under your Syns everyday so I can't see what harm, if any, it will do. You have a fabulous 2 weeks coming up & to have lost 8lbs in 2 weeks is amazing....so stop being so hard on yourself chick x

I meant 8 1/2 lol not .5 and i'm supposed to to be a maths teacher!! I'm only 5foot2 so it's well withing my range. i'm not even in healthy bmi yet which I think is stupid.

You have been a bit all over the place the last couple of weeks so no wander your body ' got rid'....better out than in I say! Sorry, nurses black humour lol! Glad you ok tho x

:-( I have been unwell since I came back off my jollys on 6th march. Get really down and sad over it :-( hopefully next week I can back on track 110% had a pretty good week and I am still enthusiastic about WI xxx
 
Tbh, it wasn't even that nice - it had loads of superfree in it though! Never known a chow mein to have peppers and courgettes in it! You know how you always love your own chinese takeaway? It was just... different.

Have you got the post holiday blues chick? I'm sure when you concentrate 100% on SW, you'll be eating a lot healthier which will help I'm sure. If not maybe you need to see your GP x

If I have rich food following SW it tends to have an adverse affect on me the next day so I hope you'll be ok Annie! X

I've had super holiday blues :-( it doesn't help when I used to be a travel agent until September and went on lots I holidays and then all of a sudden I'm in a job I love but its just a rather sad business (I sell headstones....)

My OH says he worries about me all the time and I all I want is to get a healthy diet :-(
