Also, I bought the Equator syn free lager flavoured drink from tesco that was in the latest SW magazine - it's in the fridge chilling for the next warm BBQ day! I prefer to have something that is alcohol free if it means I can spend my syns on something else as I'm not really a drinker, more of an eater! x

I just saw this, jumped out of bed, hunted my new slimming world mag out and now very excited indeed!! Going to tesco this morning to buy some for tonight! Excited!!

I'm on a mission this week to have a different breakfast and lunch every day if you don't mind me asking what are some of your yummy meals you've planned I need some inspiration
I always have a weetabix mullerlight and grapes for breakfast every day I looked back on my diary and I've had it a lot since spetember it's sooo lovely I don't mind and it's easy cause I eat at work. Today it's OSS might still take a mullerlight and grapes but at least I changed the weetabix he he

I'll warn you though - I'm a creature of habit! I'll often have the same thing all week, so make sure you check out different weeks

Me too. I never ever have time.... This morning I walked out and picked up and ate a thorntons moment!! Then kicked myself that that was 2 syns!!

Im going for my tongue piercing tonight. That should help the diet!!

Ooo I love my tongue piercing.... However it didn't stop me eating lol I had it done and went straight to pizza hut! That was gosh nearly 9 years ago!! How time flies!

Ooh I loved mine had it from when I was 17 until a few months ago. The pains won't be bad today but you'll get a surprise when you wake up tomorrow, your tongue will be huuuuge! Chewing is difficult until the swelling goes down so get lots of soup made! x

Well my dabble in the world of calorie counting this week (wasn't well so this suited me perfectly not many real meals mostly snacking and fruit juice!) paid off despite it being TOTM I hot a loss which I'm not sure has ever happened! 1.5lb off :-D x

Morning all! I can't keep up with this thread! Anyway, after you all made me feel so welcome, I thought that I'd update you!
I still need to update my stats but I'm now back down in the 8's!! Hooray!
6lbs to go to get to 119. Debating on going down to 115, but will see how I feel when I get to 119.
To be honest, I really want a maintainable weight and I really can't afford to buy a smaller wardrobe!

I'm 5 1. Not very tall!! I could go down to 7 stone something, but as I am 41, I think it would look 'unhealthy'.

I would love to get to 8st 3lb, but like you & being 'older' than these girls, Im not sure that it would suit! x

Im not very adventerous in those 2 meals....always have yogurt & berries for breakfast & for lunch its normally a sandwich or soup....boring I know, but would rather concentrate on the evening meal x

Pleased to report a 2lb loss for me this morning. I put my target date 28 weeks after my start date as I had 28lbs to lose, as I know Im a notoriously slow loser, but I get there in the end x
