Oh no!!
What is he doing? As we're on hols this week, my hubby has been getting on my nerves all day! Thank goodness, he is out tonight!! X

Snap lol. Plus his mate has been with us just over a week till he has somewhere else to live and they r both getting on my nerves. I picked him n my son up a pizza from his favourite take away on my way home from supermarket today and all I got was shouted at cos I dun think if his mate would want owt. Not a thank you for thinking of us and saving us a trip out again. Nope all I got was grief. So I rolled my new yoga stuff out and cracked on with that confining him n his mate to the kitchen lol

I got them from Holland & Barrett & even told my GP about them to suggest to his other patients! I coped with the night sweats just, it was the going puse red in the middle of the day in front of people was the worst!
Are you 5'1" Shellie...on phone so can't see stats...see how you feel & look at 119 & you can always drop down to 116. Could you maintain at that weight do you think? X

Thanks Kim. Only occasional hot flushes during the day. Love peri-menopause!!
I am 5'1". I think it is the maintaining that is worrying me. I really don't want to have to go through weight loss again. I'd like to focus on a fitness goal now. Will reassess in two weeks.

Thanks for the advice everyone! X

Very disciplined, well done! You could always have sparkling water?! Or a V 'n' slimline?! Or is it too tempting! X

Ditto as am thinking the same! When you get to 119 you could always carry on with the plan & if you carry on losing easily keep going til you hit 116 & then maintain. Must admit it is a worry maintaining tho. We'll all have to see how Charlie does, as she's so focused & motivational x

That's not fair!! But good on you for getting on with the yoga! Sometimes we never get the credit that we deserve! For example, Easter, I got all of the children their presents ( two are mine from a previous marriage and one is ours), hubby hadn't even thought about it! But 'we' had got the presents! I didn't get anything!! Can't complain too much as he is pretty fantastic most of the time!!!!

Watching supersize v superskinny! Tuesday night is my 'fat' tv night as hubby plays badminton (he plays for Hampshire). X

Can't you invite a load of girlfriends over & talk about periods, pooing & sex....that might scare them off a bit! X

That would be a good sport for toning Shellie.
I'm off to see DD on Thursday with my mum I'll let you know what its like. Did you recover from your migraine ok? X

At least I'm not the only one! I swore to keep going to group as that was the reason why I stopped maintaining.
As I've been there before (like you) it's such a worry!
I am 7 weeks into a 12 week countdown so don't want to lose money, but at the same time, don't want to be under pressure.
Just had text from my C, so will see what she suggests!
Looking forward to seeing how Charlie gets on! Z

Yes, thanks!
I'm famous for my bad timing migraines!
Can't wait to hear about it! Have to wait until 27th now :-(.

"Hi shellie that's fantastic. Yes you can lower it and it can be just couple pounds doesn't have to be seven pounds now. I would see how you feel but as your still losing you should be ok losing more. So proud of what you have achieved x x"
Great!!!!!!

Too tempting unfortunately - not confident with my self control and as its two guys, saying I'm on a diet just won't cut it! X

The last thing you should do is feel under pressure. If you have another 5 weeks I'm sure you'll be at target by then & you can always maintain that weight for say a month & then change your target if you want to. It will still be a healthy BMI at 116, but see how you maintain first to take any pressure off for a bit x

Haha very true! You could lie & say your allergic to alcohol as it brings you out in an infectious rash! X
