Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Morning ladies! I'm at work - this kids are all jumping around burning energy off on the bouncy castle!

I was worried about the damage my little Saturday night binge did, and so had a cheeky mid week weigh in (sorry Kim!) and i weighed in at 8 stone 6.5 so still under target! Phew!

What's on the agenda for everyone today?

I'll forgive you Charlie this once, as it is mid-week & its your first week post target date, so can perfectly understand! I doubt you will have put on as it probably gave your body a boost with those extra calories!
Im having a Green day today. Am going to make a Quorn mince & veggie curry & to boost the weight loss a bit I wont have any rice with it. Mind you Im not holding my breathe for a decent loss this Friday after the Easter weekend & * week looming its ugly, miserable head lol! x

Tea sounds good Kim!
Weigh in for me tomorrow. The alcohol free week definitely didn't happen, but I have walked every day. Fingers crossed!
We're having pork fillet tonight. Bbq'd all being well! With lots of lovely salad! I really love my salad, I put fresh mint, chives and figs in it. Can't wait!
Going to Bournemouth tomorrow. Will walk along the front to the main pier. Really looking forward to that. X

Walking is good damage limitation Shellie. Mmm, your bbq sounds lush. Funny, coz I always put some sort of fruit in my salads, either grapes, apples.
I hope the weather stays OK for you tomorrow as it can get a bit cold & blustery down there.....stay away from the ice cream!
Ooh, loved your dress by the way, where did you get it from? x

Thanks! Fingers crossed with the weather! We find that if we walk along the beach, we lose some of the wind. I lived there in my 20's - loved it!
The dress was from eBay (I'm a bit of an addict!), Next petite. X

Im a huge Next fan, get most of my clothes from there & I've bought 2 Karen Millen & 1 Coast dress off eBay.....ooh might have to have a nosey x

Good morning ladies :)

Sounds like your all having a lovely day either in the sun, having a walk, planning a BBQ, and generally being outside :-( I'm stuck in my office which is 50% glass and so is like a giant green house!

In a rather good mood though and debating what to do tonight.

Bet that's awful Nikki.

I have just got up. Cooking a massive pot of pasta for me n my boy for dinner. Not my oh lol. Guess today will be ee :)

I've just done an asda online shop cause I'm feeling lazy and think the £3 postage is better than going to the actual shop lol. Ordered lots of lovely things for lunches - bored of salad! Lots of pasta/rice/Quorn/noodles to keep me filled up! Got a £4.50 voucher as they weren't 10% cheaper but have to use it in store... Might have to treat myself to something :p

I'm also an eBay addict, though recently I've been selling my old clothes on there, making a little bit of money :)

Hi ladies just wanted to come on and say thank you for your advice regarding the excercise. After few weeks of eating my body weight in junk I have tried and succeeded with a green day, only used five syns (to make up for being really bad) AND went walking. Managed three miles. Took us 45 mins and would have kept walking if it wasn't for getting back to the kids. Enjoyed it and gave me chance to chat to my sister without kids takin our attention. Feels good to walk out your frustration or disappointments with yourself. Will be doing my 30 day shred tom, as much as I am not lookin forward to gettin started I like it once I get going. So thank you for the pep talk. Kim hope your ok, I was a walking hormone this weekend too. My sister does ww while I do sw and the portion difference is rather shocking. I eat too much. Your all doing well, thanks again

Turns out I did 5k last night. Well impressed and route planned for tom. Loved my green day so think today will be same. Had speed soup for lunch and been munching on cous cous so feeling huge just now. Plenty water so that should keep me going.

I am also a bit of an eBay addict! :) I hardly ever buy any clothes out shops now except primark lol as you get designer things for even less than primark prices on eBay it's great! Really need to get into the habit of selling things on it instead of buying lol :-( x

I'm in good company!! And Vicky and Charlie!

My recent purchases have included Karen Millen, Coast and Monsoon.

I'm a great lover of 2nd hand shops too. It was very useful when I went from size 16/18 to 8 :-D.
There is nothing quite like a bargain!
Just heard that the boys are coming home tonight. Two days early! My peace will be shattered but I've really missed their grunts!!

I don't have scales at home as I would be on them every hour so waiting till next week. Feel so edgy tho!

I used to be like that but resist now and just have a sneaky one off weigh now and again.

Can understand you feeling anxious. You've had a good week though haven't you? And just think, you could be in for a doubley big loss! X

Haha me to, love Karen Millen & Coast, but tend to get their clothes either in the sales or off eBay! I've also bought some really nice bits & pieces from second hand/vintage shops dead cheap, Im a real bargain hunter! Got a pair of Diesel jeans SIZE 8 last year that cost me £5....cant quite fit into them just yet, but they are my target jeans! x
