Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Sounds like everyone's having a productive day on the exercise front! Got my nails done and had a good catch up with my bestie. Also had an sw friendly lunch as am out tonight and want to save my syns!

Now sat with my hair in foils looking like a twit! It's hard work being a girl...

Got a massive craving for melt in the middle burgers from reading this thread and definitely going to have a red day tomorrow so I can have a fry up with bacon too. Nom Nom!! Bought some extra lean mince earlier. Hadn't thought about putting tomato purée or Worcester sauce in them. Would u recommend?? Xx

Argh! What I thought would be a few nibbles is actually cookies, pringles, cakes, trifle, quiche etc! I had a gorgeous dinner and am very full, must resist! There are a few slices of meat and veg sticks I might nibble on if I get hungry later on but I'm trying to stick by my motto of not eating unless hungry! (except for the slice of birthday cake I have reserved my syns for!)

Haha Soooooooo true. Just did second day level one and am feeling it now. Did 5k walk as well so ultra tired. Funny as I was feeling up for it after my walk but my body seemed more tired doing it on second attempt. Great feeling afterwards tho. Good luck...oh been toying with doing It before work at 530am but scared I fall asleep at my desk lol

I think enjoy yourself but don't binge - surely that's what maintaining is about?? Xx
 
I've been having some carrot sticks and ham, and a couple of liquor Chocs but tbh I've got over the initial OMG of the buffet and don't really fancy anything now, I'm really stuffed from my beef stew. Can always make room for some birthday cake though!
 
And yes I guess you're right, that's what maintaining is about but it would be a different story if I hadn't already had a large dinner, but I have so I'd be eating just for eatings sake :/

Thats v true. If you're full and you've had a decent dinner then you should probably resist. Good u overcame the initial urge! That's what I need to master....

I did day 2 today too. I've also been thinking bout doing it before worm but think ill be shattered lol. Gunna do it after work every day cept mondays when I don't really have time

Not had one yet using my syns tonight on a few Bacardi/d.cokes so don't want choc's too. x

Managed convience hubby on the move around so our dining room is in our conservatory now woohoo love having changes in the house :) x

Kim, yes, James Martin's deli is still there!

We went to Alresford (home of watercress). They have some amazing delis there! Picked up some Tea Pigs White tea and Char peppermint tea for me (chocs for everyone else). Had a fantastic day, but very pleased that I took my own food.

After d1 of 30ds my chest hurts the most, strange! No pain in my legs! Yet....

We won on the grand national. Our horses came in first and second, so £150 up!!!!!!!!!!

A good day all round. Shattered now. Hope all ok with you all. Night x

Well on that note I will try my hardest to join you tho I plan walking on the days I don't do it but will see how I go. Quite excited we are on same day, did you measure yourself? Am quite rubbish at measuring, takes me two or three attempts to get same result for some reason lol. Want inches off thighs and stomach pouch to disappear. Oh and love handles too x

I'm going to use that photo as my starting point. I'm not that bothered bout inches I just want my stomach gone! I got that stupid pouch too!
 
I have no willpower when it comes to food being set up in front of me. Was rather good and restrained for the first few hours and then lost it and well and truly pigged out, eating just because it was there. Really didn't enjoy it at all and now I feel like crap! I had already eaten before but still felt the need to shovel party food down my neck like there was no tomorrow! I need to learn to restrain myself in these situations and I will really really try next time as it is just not healthy :(

Question is, do I cut back on syns for the rest of the week or just start afresh tomorrow? Am thinking no syns tomorrow and then around 10 a day for the rest of the week which is what I was doing before I hit target. Then I can probably hope for a maintain this week.

I have rubbish will power too! If there's something yummy in front of me I will be eating it all!

I would maybe just cut down for rest,of week. If you have none at all tomorrow you are risking a binge x

Charlie don't beat yourself up so much it's one night out of the week and don't forget you are maintaining not trying to lose, just relax you probably not had as much as you think. I do think now that we follow healthy eating when we have anything slighty off plan we think it loads, but it's not really. I'm sure you will be fine huni just draw a line under today and do your normal tommorrow xx
 
Thank you for the advice ladies, you're both right - I probably didn't have as much as I thought I did and if I have no syns tomorrow I'll just end up craving! 10 syns a day for the rest of the week it is :) that should be enough for a maintain.

Hope everyone has had a good saturday! I'm gonna attempt the 30DS tomorrow afternoon, will let you know how it goes :)
