Hello, welcome & well done on your fantastic weighloss so far.....you look as tho you're nearly at target by your stats or are you aiming lower?

Aiming for 9 stone as an end point at the minute, but obviously that may change if I get there and am still not happy.
Am breaking it down in to half stone steps though, so aiming for 9.5 stone before my hol (6 weeks today) which is achievable... Secretly hoping to lose more though :)
Thanks for the welcome :)

Sitting here catching up with The Biggest Loser and for the first time in a long while, not eating a family size bag of Doritos or a tub of Ben & Jerry's at the same time, haha! Bran Flakes and apples instead :)

Go you :)

All I've eaten so far today is various fruit and a yoghurt

I feel really sick though, might be a bit too much info but I keep having to go to the toilet. Don't think my body appreciated those nacho's lol. At least I've been having veg as well, when we went to boyfriends parents last time I was off plan as they didn't have anything on plan in and they had no veg so I was bunged up for days

Try and pamper yourself a bit, is there something you can catch up on the TV.
Think we'll be watching a DVD or two this afternoon, depending on what time his parents leave. Not that I'm rushing them out lol, but they said about going after lunch

Good luck with getting to your pre-holiday target (and possibly loosing more) I think its best to just do it in stages and you never really know when you'll be happy

Eeek, not having a car doesn't help, but Donna's idea of DVDs sounds good :) I might watch some My Name Is Earl. Was going to go for a run but its rainy, so I zumba'd instead.

Look at the state of him after a 100 mile Sportive! Had an argument with a tree & barbed wire at 70 miles & then got up & cycled the last 30 miles.......Royal Marines are well known for their daftness lol!

Oh my goodness! Poor thing, that looks so sore!

Yep, it smarts a bit! Shoved him in a saline & Tee Trea Oil bath to try & clean the wounds as they're all over & then took him over to the Minor Injuries Unit. The nurse checked him over & was slightly concerned he banged his head, but all ok there. Then she cleaned, steristripped & dressed some deeper wounds! Think she was debating whether he should go for xrays, but felt confident as Im a nurse to leave it.
Stupid bloody fool still says he's going out with our nephew on Tuesday for a 36 hour ride......mmmmmmmm!!!!! x

Ouch not good.36hr ride...that's amazing they can even contemplate it. How long does the actual bike ride last he is doing in July?

Ladies tryin to figure out my new healthy extras. If I were doing a green day am I allowed; ryvita, Philli light and alpen lights?
Ate relatively bad today again. Had such a sore head, oh working and little one to contend with.
Did well for most of day then had fat sausages. Not worried but It's another day I have been rubbish. Lookin forward to work tom to get me back on track. Loads fruit in so just need get in control.
Had look at my book but couldn't see phily light on green day?

Yeah you can have philli light on a green day, anything you can have as a HEX on ee you can have on red or green, the ones on the red and green pages are the HEX's you can only have on those plans

I was planning on staying syn free today but had 1 syn on meat free meatballs and will be having some wine later as my boyfriends mum opened a bottle and has only had one glass, so me and boyfriend are going to finish it. I suppose at least I'm within my daily syns. Hopefully the food at the hotel tomorrow won't be too bad and then I'll only have one day off plan this week, if not 2 days isn't too bad is it? I don't normally have off plan days, just had a very eventful few weeks

I dosed the man up with lots of my painkillers so hope he'll get a decent sleep!
Basically they're doing it in relay. One rides for 4 hours whilst other resting/sleeping & then the other takes over & so on. That should take approx 72 hours from Lands End to John O'Grotes approx 1000 miles! We have 2 motorhomes with 3 support crew in each & we each look after our own rider. So between the 3 of us we need to drive, cook & support, so its going to be exhausting for all of us. There's a link on my signature that tells you all about it if your interested Xx

Donna hope you have a wonderful few days away & don't fret about the food/drink, just go & enjoy it Xx

I'll try my best... I can't help but worry sometimes, but your right, I'd tell anyone else in my position not to worry. A few days away and off plan won't kill me :) thank you
