Tuesday ended up off plan was all going fine then had a massive bit of cake!

Wednesday propoints day 26pp, 0 weeklies used
 
Kim I know I have just rejoined the challenge but am coming off again. I decided last night that I was going to see how this week goes with not writing everything down, not thinkin about sw too much but instead trying to maintain sw eating habits without "thinking or focusing" on it. THis prob doesn't make sense but my challenge will be to see if my new way of living eg..sw will be kept up when am not trying as such.
NOrmally if I go off plan its like a free for all, eating bread, big bags crisps, etc everything I fancy basically. Yesterday for example I had two enchiladas. The syns would be for the wraps and sauce and although I didn't put a lot of sauce in, I also didnt work out the syns as it was the only synful thing I had. Usually I would have eaten the left over one cos I would see it as a waste but I didn't. I also didn't fret or worry about syns either. Am just taking the attitude this week that "I eat healthy and am not on a diet" too see if I have conditioned myself yet.
I have no intentions of eating chips or chocolate I just want to be relaxed to see how I go. Will still be on here and still weighing in on Tuesday. Reading this back am not so sure what it is exactly am doing but in my head it makes sense and feels good.

just finished another 20min on the x-trainer... feel great now, going to try and build it up to 30min over the next few days but taking it day by day as dont want to over do it.

im doing green today aiming to stay syn free but off to my nannas to meet my new nephew. hopefully ill avoid the temptation of all nannas treats lol.

Of course it makes sense Deb & you must do what's right for you. You're virtually at target so it sounds as tho its more of a maintenance programe you're doing. You never know by taking the pressure off, like I mentioned in a previous post, you may have some good results. Good luck! X

To be honest, I've been trying more to eat healthily (which obviously includes a lt of sw principles) but I've also been exercising a lot and although the first couple of weeks were really slow it now seems to have come off really quickly. I think i definitely need to stick with thing more as tend to get disheartened when I don't see results after a week or so!

Anyway, off to turkey with the girls - cant wait!!

How r u doing? I saw you've been cycling a lot. Good for u!

Just looking at your stats on the 119ers & if Im correct since you last weighed, you've lost 6lbs......well done you! Obviously being sensible, exercising & patience works wonders!

Turkey, how exciting & hope the weather is kinder to you than it is here, as its shocking at the moment!

Yep, getting back to some sort of normality now. Seemed to turn a corner when I stated a new 'neuro' drug as Im in a lot less pain! Back to the cycling with avengence & loving it, just hope the scales are kind to me tomorrow & if they're not I'll rely on my measurements as Im definetly shrinking, as clothes so much loser & fitting into clothes I couldn't a while back!

Have fun on your jolly hols & chat when you get back xx

I used to be shocked that colleague of mine could have few ryvitas with Philli for lunch and not be hungry. Well that's what I have been having, granted mine have ham and tomatoes on it too but big difference from eating packet pasta n sauce with two slices toast.
If I can stay in control this may be the way forward for me. STill want to lose weight but also going to measure again but in cm as Kim advices and start level three of shred again.

Kim, best put me down as off plan tuesday and wednesday. Has been a very hectic couple of days. Going back to chelmsford again after two nights in canterbury. In the process of moving back at the moment, soo tedious haha. Back on track from today though.

Exactly =) better to just be honest with yourself otherwise you just keep fooling yourself and get in a rut. Have done that many times in the past xD.

You look amazing love =) i still feel as if i'm huge but then i'm starting to fit comfortably in 10s again. Messes with the brain =P

I def have a problem not seeing how slim I am, I'm not the slimmest of people don't get me wrong, but I still think I look fat a lot of the time, but I'm a size 8..... I've never been a size 8 in my life, even when I was at my slimmest before I was a size 10-12 (more on the 12 size) and I wasn't fat then

Thankyou...I'm not sure what i want to loose to be honest. last time i was weighed i was 9 stone 1/2 lb... i want to get to at least 8 stone 12... but considering 8 and a half stone...so really want to loose between 2 and 7 lbs


he's called Finnley, i love that name. odd for my sister to be honest as she likes really out there names

Lovely name and he is so cute and teeny tiny! :) I think it's good to take it a couple lbs at a time and see how you feel as a size8 is already so tiny :) x
