Well done Laura, I bet you were pleased with that! It just goes to show even if you go off plan for a bit & then get back to it, the damage isn't too bad!
How much longer are you on WW for? Do you think you'll come back to SW or stay on WW? xx

When I think about it 2 days off plan sounds like 2 days of eating rubbish when really it was just one meal at BBQ accompanied by drinks. And the other day was just one big chunk of cake. Rest of the time was all on plan so must have minimised the damage.

This is the start of my final week of my planned 4 week trial of simply filling so hopefully I can make it a good one. Still kind of torn between sw and ww as I like parts of both. At first I really missed the massive list of free foods but really nothing is off limits I could use my weeklies on it or just have a propoints day. I do seem to be having better losses than I had been on sw so that is probably the main reason for maybe trying it for a bit longer! X
 
He's 8. He keeps asking us for a baby brother. We have been trying for 2 years. Obviously we r gonna give it a break after everything thats happened.

Well, Im pleased to report a 3lb loss, a 10cm loss in 3 weeks & my fat % is in the 20's at last! Have the fat % thingy on my scales but very rarely use it as dont think its that accurate, but it was good to see 20 something rather than 30 something lol! xx

I'm struggling get back on track after weekend celebrating

I am trying...... all the goodies have gone now so 100% today!!! Put a gammon joint in the slow cooker going have it with pasta and Philly for tea yummy :)

yesterday was ok meal wise just had about 6 chocolate brazil nuts last night and a scone with butter and jam think I'm going to syn it all cause yesterday was day one so got 105
Will work out syns and let you know 100% stats later kim

Do feel a little sicky this morning, so need to stop sweet things and get some veg and fruit back ;-)

Going out tommorrow night we are going to an army summer ball it's 1940's themed lol so not sure what food will be served and obviously drinking will be involved :) just going go with the flow try make good choices ;-) xx

I've been craving scones, jam and clotted cream for ages but haven't had chance to give in yet.... probably a good thing

Thanks ladies. I am pleased, but if I continue being 100%, I think it will be a good loss next week as *week is late & I've got puffy finger as usual!
My next mini goal is to be 8st 12lbs by Friday 6th July, as thats when we do the Lands End to John O'Grotes charity ride & will be away from home for a week! I will be taking my own food, so Im going to have to be uber organised & do a meal plan for every day & not be tempted by any of the high calorific foods that will be around! Its going to be a tough few days mentally & physically, as we'll get very little sleep & be on the go all the time, but that may be a good thing for me!

I think I might join you on that mini-goal (although I never seem to hit my mini goals) but that's the weekend of my little ones Birthday so it will be nice to be 8 stone 12 by then (my first goal at the moment until I decide if I want to loose more then that)

I really need to give myself a kick up the backside atm to do some exercise, i've got far too many wobbly bits that need toning and i want to focus on also shrinking inches not just weight. So hoping to get into 30 day shred and swimming very soon x

Me too, not did any this week and only 2 days last week though my plan is to start level 3 of the shred this weekend or monday at the latest - we could do it together? I try to do it every day with one or two rest days. My goal is to shrink in inches/cm and to proper tone. Sometimes its just the getting started but really i have no excuse as it takes exactly 27mins lol

Well done laura, it always feels good to sts when expecting a gain. That cake did look fab so dont blame you. I think its important to have days like the bbq where you can stay in control to an extend as life is for living isnt it...as long as we dont exist on crap every day am sure it all evens itself out at some point x

your night sounds fab, remember to post some pics. I think when i struggle to get back on plan, which lets face it is more often than not for me, i do each meal and snack at a time. It eases me into it gently. I would never ever dream of having yoghur with fruit for breakfast in the past but that is what i have been having - to make me do it i told myself i would start eating it and if it didnt taste good or "breakfasty" i would try something else next day. I am surprised i have enjoyed it and it keeps me going for a while. Same with ryvita for lunch - never thought it would fill me up. Just shows how much i was stuck in a routine of cornflakes for breakfast. Now on my days off i will have scrambed or boiled eggs to vary it a bit
You look great btw so dont beat yourself up to much. Your dinner sounds nice, will you just mix it all together?

You must post some pics of it all as I'm sure we would all love to see your zumbathon. Do you have a Just Giving page for it?

Have just bought a dress for the wedding in July, wasn't the type of dress I would have bought, but DH was with me & loved it....said I looked stunning & showed off my curves....which I will never get rid of & quite happy about!!! Also, it was a size 10 & I have another 10lb to go, but with the style of it, if/when I lose it, it will still fit lovely! Have some cute shoes already to go with it just need a bag now.....happy days! Xx

Couldn't do a just giving page because it isn't a registered charity :-(

I'm so looking forward to the zumbathon if I don't loose this week I will be upset. When I went on the scales on Monday at home they showed u had gained 4lbs which is not surprising really but really hoping I have got that off this week x
 
Let's see the dress Kim! :) went shopping with my mum today it's funny how now I really appreciate a couple cheap bits out of primark whereas before I would buy half the shop and not even get round to wearing some of it!!

Was between sizes in the shorts so opted for smaller size and now need to work on fitting into them better - they do up fine but will look much better with another few inches off! :-D x
 
Just been an got all the stuff for the tuck shop for my zumbathon on Friday. Now I have to resist it!!!!

Donna that's funny you should mention scones & cream, coz when I get to target I asked DH if he would treat me to Afternoon Tea in a country hotel & he said he would.......lot cheaper than a Kindle which he bought for me last year when I got to target! Always good to have something to aim to fit in better. My new black jeans are a little tight, which gives me a bit more motivation just to loose a couple more lbs
