Had saved points do I could have a Krispy Kreme donut (there's none in scotland but usually all the service stations on bus back from festival have them so OH was supposed to bring me one but bus was mega late so only made one stop instead of 2 and they chose the one without Krispy Kreme argh!)

So used to points for a galaxy ripple and nesquik snack cake instead YUM! X

I'm with you the planning days, it's helps such a lot and even though I tend to be one of these people that take somethig out the freezer for tea I always change my mind!! Luckily, me and OH are now saving every penny so takeaways and nights out are a once a month treat.

You'll get there hun, 1/4 pound is nothing :)

Little one is in a really funny mood lately, yesterday afternoon he was mental, being very cheeky, he normally sits in my place on the sofa to wind me up but yesterday he sat next to it, but when I left the room he moved all the cushions and was laughing his head off saying I couldn't sit there when I came back, then later on he told me I had a baby in my tummy because it was big but he couldn't hear the baby cry! Don't know what goes through his head at times.

Have my book at work to refresh thee ole brain. Am usually good if I plan but like you sometimes change my mind..I just try to have back up. Even baked potato with beans.

Did a big food shop online last night and have a few meals planned for the next couple of days.

Tonight is the Cajun chicken and wedges out of the mag.

Tomorrow is chilli.

Thursday is pork skewers.

OH goes on a stag do to Blackpool on Friday so I need a Friday meal and a Saturday meal.

Then Sunday is hunters chicken (it's the tesco simply range one, does anybody know the syns?) with lots of roasted carrots, cauliflower cheese and broccoli.

Was going to do extra easy today...can I have my alpen lights and philly light as my he a and b?
If so how much philli?

Looked on syns online, the simple cook hunters chicken are 6 syns each (are there two in the pack? if so that's the right one) the tesco finest are 13 syns per portion :O

Your meals sound yummy, going to sit and plan mine today I think.... although can't plan tomorrow yet as off to my mums, we go every Wednesday and it drives me mad as she never knows what she's going to do, I think I drive her mad because I keep asking as well lol. But I hate not being able to plan what I'm doing. Like last week her partner cooked and she didn't mind me asking loads of questions about whether she was using quorn mince and was she doing it from a packet or fresh as she's trying to follow slimming world as well so she understood I was trying to plan whether I was doing green or ee and what syns I had free, but my mum thinks I'm just being picky and that its silly that I plan everything in advance.

Yeah that's not bad at all, at least you can order a few weeks to see how you get on rather then getting a months in and then finding out you don't like it or get on with it.

Starting afresh today, will count down my syns weekly and do shred. Am going to aim to not have much in the way of chocolate or crisp from now til weekend so hoping to have little syns except in food or sauces.

Hey, I was 100% Red day yesterday. 2 hexb 1 hexa. 7 syns.

I might keep up with it if thats ok and just post if I have been 100%. Which hopefully i will manage to be :)
