Just had reminder i have charity night on Friday. As I have moaned before I don't get out much so would be nice to go and (can't believe am saying this) have a few drinks. Not sure what to do.....maybe wait til nearer time.
Does anyone else do the lemon with water?

Go for it Debs! Its not as if you're out every night, so one night will hardly matter & its a great excuse to get dolled up!
If I have lemons in the house I'll have lemon with hot water, very refreshing. Have done some research on lemons & weightloss & posted an article on here about it, whether it works is a different matter! Sticking to plan is what works & if lemon helps, well go for it! x

Waiting on lunch settling then I'm going to attempt some exercise eek it's been a while since I last did any proper exercise.

Friend has been raving about a fitness app called skimble so gona give that a try and if I don't like it got a fair few exercise dvds I can do instead. All kitted out in my exercise gear and trainers just watching some tv for a bit first so I don't spew up my toasty I had for lunch haha!! Does anyone else feel good when they put their exercise gear on or am I just strange?? X

When the weather is crap outside, I have to force myself to make that first move of walking upstairs to put it on, but once its on there's no stopping me! So no, you're not strange Laura as its a great feeling knowing you're doing some exercise!
No cycling for me today, as I found doing it everyday was not good for the old neck, so every other day for me from now on! xx

Oh I know Kim, its just the alcohol issue and going over syns etc but I normally drink on my own so it would be nice for some company. Also OH always working so I have little one then feel guilty if am tired etc......think i have just talked myself out it or maybe just be very careful x

I feel quite liberated once I finally get it on and dvd player tuned in...its just getting to that stage lol

Evening Ladies.

So i've just done my biiigggg online shop of SW food. Taking WI day as a Tuesday as this is my most successful for loses. WI today at 10st exact. I hate seeing 10st on the scales but I'm convinced that tomorrow when all my food comes i'll be super prepared for a 100% week.

Having a glass of wine and maybe some pizza tonight.....mainly because the old vino may be off the cards soon so thought i'd indulge.

Kim.... on the 100% group can you put my weight at 10st as my starting weight :) thanks chica.

Just got back from WI, I can't believe it but over the past 2 weeks I've lost 2lb, taking me to 8 stone 12 1/2.... going to be really careful this week just in case some of last week is waiting to creep on lol

Wow donna well done. Know you were dreading it and that was worth waiting for. Think I would be in disbelief to lose so much in one weigh in. Good stuff x

So for the questions x

Not really Deb, you cant carry HE's over to the next day. You will just have to gestimate how much you had today e.g. if you only had half of the allowed phili today that would count as half of a HEa & tomorrow would be half a HEa as well, so you could always top up with some more cheese or milk.

Vodka is 25mls = 2.5 syns which doesn't sound a lot, but its a standard pub measure & mixed with slimline tonic, ice & a slice of cucumber, its delicious x
 
You guys are chatty as always. Sorry for being so quiet lately, have been very busy with prep for my nan's funeral that was today. I've been off plan but i've had bigger things on my mind obviously. When i randomly weighed last night i was 9st 13 so i reckon i was probably STS for this morning for my official. But i didn't have time to check.

Will be reading through the posts properly tonight =)
