Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Morning ladies, I'm feeling great today... well leg wise I'm feeling great. I thought I'd be sore or stiff but I'm not, I am however very tired and full of cold, little one was up all night again needing the toilet, but he seems on form today, really happy and having a bath now, think I'll take him into school for the afternoon.

Garden looks great Kim, bet you can't wait for the party now :)

I need to get a move on, want a drink, have washing to hang out, need to do a packed lunch and also go to the doctors before work but I'm so comfy sat where I am. I could fall asleep

Yikes, jumped on the scales & Im 8st 5lbs 12oz!!!!! How come now I dont want to lose weight, I lose??? Must have been all that gardening & housework yesterday!

I found i was the same last year Kim when i was down to 8st 3lb but you are clearly doing something right, good for you ;o)

Still on plan although i def ate too much free food yesterday and i am having stomach pains today. Also due to wine i dont have many syns left to play with that i would like which is pretty rubbish but will need to just suck it up ha
Kim do you count your wine or will you still have syns? i know i need to count it so not sure why i am asking haha
 
Vicky what was the name of those shakes your OH takes for weight gain? sorry if he doenst but i know we spoke about this before?
 
Hope your little one is okay now Deb, it all seems so much worse in the night as well doesn't it.

Cold is coming on full force, so dosing up on green tea with added lemon and cold capsules before work. Just been to the docs and I have very low levels of vit d so I need to start taking tablets and have another blood test in 3 months.

How odd having Vit D deficiency! Do you know what the cause of it is with you? Cause you eat a healthy diet, do you eat enough calcium? You're outside a lot! You dont have any GI problems? You're not obese!!!!

I didn't count the syns of my wine this week, but normally do if I have any! I pigged out on Saturday as well with food, so I didn't bother, so I'll just be fairly low in the synage use this week until Friday & then Im having 4 days off plan for my Birthday weekend lol! Even after all that food & wine at the weekend, I've still dropped a pound since Thursday which sometimes happens to me weirdly enough! Might catch up later tho, so I will be careful til Friday!

I've just noticed on my % loss that I've lost 19.22% of my body weight, so I might aim for 20% once the festivities are over!

I know, I was so shocked... I don't understand it at all. I eat loads of mushrooms, eggs and oily fish as well :/

I don't know exactly how it works but I wonder if its either my running or my injection as both can increase the risk of osteoporosis? If I have my supplements and levels are still low in a few months I'll ask what they think about me coming off the injection, I'm tempted to come off it anyway as I seem to be having more bleeds on it then I used to and if I'm going to keep bleeding when I don't expect it I'd rather be on the pill and know when its coming... She said my levels were 30 which means I'm not deficient but insufficient, normal levels should be about 75?

Sorry as you can tell I'm not up on the medical side of things


I think I have enough calcium, I have at least my HEA each day.... sometimes two a day when I do green and red (always have two when I do green and red) and I also eat loads of yogurts and not as often as I used to but sometimes have other free dairy products such as quark and cottage cheese.... and actually thinking about it I'm pretty sure she said my calcium levels were okay :/

is there a reason your on injection donna or just preference? don't know much about it but what were your symptoms?
 
awe Kim am just looking for a way to eat more lol
loving my bacon lettuce tomato and red onion ww wholemeal pitta bread. just had one for dinner and was yum. so green day yesterday and red day today. going to do extra easy tomorrow but admittedly having two pitta for lunch...they are quite small lol. will syn it but haven't many syns left. 4.5 per day til Friday ugh

Just preference, my other option would be the pill as I don't like the idea of the coil or implant, they freak me out.

Going to call the doctors tomorrow as looking it up online there are a few symptoms I've had which I didn't think much of which others have said they got with the injection, such as lower back pain and rashes.... Also every site I looked at online said you shouldn't be on the injection for over 2 years, especially if you have family history of osteoporosis... I've been on it for 4 years now! I know it could be nothing to do with the injection, but I don't think its worth the risk with my Nanna having it, especially now I've found out I have low levels of vitamin D

4.5 syns is do-able, I've had a few 3 or 4 syn days this week to make up for my bad days... well not make up for but trying limit the damage, I've had things like mini flakes and mini malteaser bunnies.... I also make sure I have loads of syn free snacks so if I get munchies I can go for them instead of the syns
 
Low syns is defo doable :)

Im like a woman possessed on the scales.....grrrrrr! Down another 1/8 of a pound today, think Im worried I've done some damage from the weekend, but all good so far! Its so good seeing 8 stone 5lbs something on the scales!

Was a mad day yesterday with lots of running around & was getting quite stressed with it all & then to top it off, I was walking past my local Boots & put my hand down to a big fluffy Alsation to sniff & he bit my hand, jumped up & started barking with teeth bared - he was leashed thank goodness! My reaction - just laughed, as I think mania had set in by then lol! Had a tooth mark & bit of a bruise, but hand intact!

Todays plans, are cleaning the house this morning & then this afternoon Im having my nails & eyelashes done. Hair is a bit brighter than I normally have it, quite coppery/chestnutty, but I like it!
 
They were transfers. Amazing arent they? Ill put up a pic from the front. Saved loads of time doing my make up!
