guys been on plan and everything is ok except i had two sausage sandwiches which do not have nutritional value on them. only state they were 70% steak beef but nothing else and can't see info anywhere on line. what do i do?
 
up and out at 537 this morning for a run...thought i had beaten my best of 7.16minutes (don't laugh) but i was 30minutes short boooooo hoooo
 
I cannot get up on a morning anymore. At all. Ive litrally had to drag myself out of bed n we set off in half hour!

I was like that today..... means we're late getting sorted as well. Forgot to get some bread from the freezer for little one's lunch so he's happy as it means he can have cheese and crackers instead of a sandwich.

Didn't help that I didn't sleep at all last night so dragging myself out of bed was even harder.... still got my crunches in this morning though.

Meeting a friend for coffee today after work, will be nice but going to be a rush as will have to be back for 4.15 to pick little one up (luckily he has after school club otherwise I'd have no chance of getting back in time) have to get the bus there and back as boyfriend is busy with the car later. No idea how long it takes the bus to get to town... hoping its not more then half an hour and hoping I get one straight away both ways.
 
Hello Ladies. Hope you've all had a fab weekend.....

Well Im back after a fabulous weekend away. Drove up to Kidderminster on Thursday for the RM Chefs Reunion, meal in hotel with some vino. Friday went to the BBC Good Food Show which was brilliant & ate my way around the show with all the freebies. Friday night was the start of the Reunion & great to catch up with some old pals with a meal & yet some more vino.....I was a good girl tho & went to bed at midnight so was fairly fresh the next day. Saturday we all went on a ginggangoolie on a coach to the National Arboretum & spent a very moving day there. Saturday night was the Gala dinner with a Mr & Mrs quiz...... which we won & went to bed at 4am lol! Left on Sunday back to Taunton & had chinese food, cookies & chocolate!!!

Goodness knows what the scales would say today, so Im not going near them until July 3rd my official monthly WI or I will only depress myself lol! Back on plan as of today tho & see if I can do some damage limitation over the next few weeks.

I'll have a look back over the last few days & update the Challenge, but if I miss any of you out just let me know & I'll update it

I'll post some pics of the weekend as well if you're interested! x

Ooo yes please on the pics Kim, weekend sounds lovely :)

Just had two drinks with my friend, was lovely seeing him havent seen him in ages but was like we'd seen each other just yesterday. I was good had one small caramel macciato which im counting as a hea and a black coffee :) even turned down a caramel shortbread he offered to buy me! We have said we'll go for lunch next time though.

I'm so tired today, didn't sleep a wink last night

My weight on saturday was 11st 13.75lb.... i joined sw online on saturday and so this saturday will be my first official wi. Quite excited to start seeing the scales go down x

Bought some great little gizzits at the Good Food show........a little whizzie called a Moo that makes a cappuchino/frappachino etc......just had 2 cappachino's & it was scrummy
