I blame the humid air for not sleeping well, but dont know where your appetite has gone to. You wont lose weight if you dont eat lady, so get troffin'!

Wow wee check you out Laura, you look gorgeous and love the outfits. You look so tiny and slim and must be very proud of yourself for maintaining this weight for so long.....3lb is nothing and only you will know the scales say 9st, but I do know where you're coming from!!! Very pretty dresses, where did you get them from?

i had high fibre cereal bar, the special k one for breakfast then six thins which had Kerry low low cheese on them with with ham and tomatoes. very filling. then had big bowl spag bol and pack wotsits. no idea what plan that is lol

Oops yes I did miss that post! Still getting the same pain but it can take up to 2 weeks for the steroidal injection to work, so im trying to remain optomistic, but not easy when im still popping painkillers! Thanks for asking x
Looks as tho you've had an EE day with an extra hexb!!! Or you could syns the special k cereal bar/6 thins and you would still be under 15 syns with your wotsits

Sorry to hear your back/sciatica is causing problems jo! Take it easy and go to docs when you are home.

Vicky, good news that they have acknowledged it and you will get extra time. It only fair and hopefully this will reflect in your grades.

Today it started raining at 5.10 and by 5.50 this was my high street.... On the right is asda and it was about 4in deep inside!!!

i was thinking i didn't have enough syns but i do. had 9 left per day from Sunday so that is good. probably wont have many more as i have nothing treat wise i want though probably syn cereal bars if i want somethin. i should be synning the one i had...maybe lol

7 weeks already yikes. OH said today that i am disappearing. definitely feel much better at this weight than i did half stone heavier that's for sure x

Its amazing how half a stone can make so much difference for us petite ladies! You're only 3lb away Deb, so bound to reach target for your holidays and then the hard bit starts!
 
Everyone is doing so well! If you think back to some of the other Challenges we've set ourselves, the majority of us do very well, so once the summer's over we will have to set ourselves a Xmas Challenge.......can't believe I've just said the word Xmas!!!
Ive just changed my time from 10 weeks to 11 weeks as must have miscalculated my dates durrrrr!

I have a pair of red jeans which I last wore on bonfire night, I was 10 weeks pregnant and popped the button off them! These are the jeans I will be wearing for Xmas eve drinks!!

I've also downloaded an app on my phone called pacer and it tracks your steps. I have checked and it is pretty accurate but instead of doing stones and pounds I've changed to kilos because seeing the little loss like 0.2kg this morning and I was ecstatic!

Also, my sw vouchers have come. The question is do I go to the Wednesday night group and go tonight or go to the Monday morning and start on Monday z

Love this time of year, with or without sunshine.
Hate the dark days of winter! Suffer from S.A.D. that`s when I seem to eat all the bad stuff!!
