Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

I'm up early to go for a run, my hair feels really gross, desperatly needs a wash so I've just completely pinned it all back, I'm not washing it now to go on a 15 mile run. Lunch yesterday was gorgeous (but not very good) beef and melot pie. Not sure what's happening tomorrow, meeting friends in York but no idea what meals will be like, someone suggested Jamies, but we went to the one in Norwich and weren't very impressed so I feel mean but we said no to that one. I'd prefer to just go to a nice little independent cafe, pub or restaurant to be honest, York is full of them.

Anyway-off to get my bits sorted for my run as I have to go any minute, so tired I woke up way to early and couldn't get back to sleep :(

Now I know this is only just over 1/2lbs loss BUUUUT I'm back in the 9s aaaand I have a little confession, I did weigh in last Saturday and the scales said 10 stone 7, I was a little upset but I knew that I had had 2 really bad nights. I am so fricking happy!

Well done.... I have a secret WI today as well... and its not good-and I'm out tomorrow as well, whoops-BUT that will have been 2 weeks mainly off plan, hopefully once I'm back on it on Tuesday it will all soon come off (next week we only have plans one night so I can just do 5 syns a day and then what I want that night...hopefully I'll loose most of whatever I've gained these past few weeks.

I'm training for a marathon in October, can't believe how much I do run actually at times. We only did 14 in the end, our friend needed to be back for a hair appointment and my mum was struggling because of the heat.

I'm glad you've said that, everyone seems to think we're mad for not being too impressed with it (noone else we know who's tried it but they all say it sounds lovely)

Thank you, it was pretty horrible. I just really hope I'm okay for my marathon, I have 2 weeks off in August and we're really struggling to get the miles in with this heat :( but even if I walk a lot of the marathon I'll just be happy to finish it.

Aww donna I love gammon. We had....garlic chicken (from butchers) bbq rib meat (from butchers, cut all fat off) and sweet potato wedges. I really am in love with butcher meat!

On my way to airport again, my sister is visiting again :-D going to do a massive sw friendly sunday lunch for my lil fam, sisters and dad. Not sure where to sit everyone though as we only have 4 chairs!!!

I am so determained to hit my target this week. I had a little bit of icecream last night but im going to be super good this week. Even got a cheesecake for pudding today as I dont eat it!

I would love to be 9 11 for my hols!

You must be doing something right Laura, cos you've been maintaining for a while now....9.3 must be your fighting weight.

Weighed in today as I won`t be able to do it next week. Another 1lb off! That`s fine by me. Even if losses are slowing as I get nearer to target. :)

Saw a boxed DVD set on tv earlier called Slim in 6. Might give it a go when I come back from hols, depending on whether I have enough pennies!! :D
