That must be so frustrating for you Kim especially the prospect of a couple months off work for such an active lady :-( least you have Netflix to keep you entertained this time :p

That's just it Kim I find it hard to give up this lifestyle, and for the sake of a couple pounds I don't really want to :p eating what I fancy at weekends (or generally one weekday evening too if I end up working on the Saturday) and just eating normally during the week just feels like a perfect natural balance for me. That weekend there went to a festival in town and then the pub for a few hours, the weekend before was friends hen party and this weekend coming going round to a friends for dinner and drinks. Life's too short for me to give these up ;-) x

you are so right Laura. if it ain't broken don't fix it. your happy and you look amazing so nothing to change. good for you too x
 
iam a tad all over the place this week but not going to worry. did my 4.15 miles last night and may go back out tonight if i have time. trying to not focus on distance too much esp if i am short on time. just trying to do it quicker, whether its 2 or 4 miles. am sure there is a benefit in there somewhere...definitely a mental benefit at least x

Anything is better than nothing and a lot more than im running! I downloaded the c25k app about 3 weeks ago and still haven't started it!

Hey ladies, sorry I've been a bit AWOL lately-had such a busy couple of weeks.... which also meant a bad few weeks sw wise. I wasn't going to weigh tonight but I sucked it up and went, 1.5lbs on taking me to 9 stone 9. I'm quite pleased with that as food has been silly bad. This week should be better as only plans are sandwiches and maybe chips on Thursday after my run and American BBQ place on Saturday with friends (also after my long run which I will be eating jelly babies and my running gel on) I'm not too happy about the sandwiches on Thursday and may try to avoid them completely but we'll see what happens, the rest of the week I'll have low syns. Hoping to loose next week, the following week we go on holiday on the Monday but not until afternoon so I'm hoping to make it to a Monday morning group, just so I don't end up in holiday mode a week early, as I think that's what's happened to me the past few weeks.

Let week 2 commence!! Yesterday after I had been weighed I came home and weighed on my scales and there is a 1lb difference, double checked this morning and they are the same which is good considering I had gammon at the pub last night (left all the chips! Go me!!) but i had a couple of glasses of wine and some terrys chocci orange.

Not sure whats on todays menu, I have some steaks, EL beef mince and pork in the fridge so need to decide what we fancy. Might have Steak, chips and corn on the cob with some mushrooms and onions.

How frustrating is it when you are waiting for a delivery, they turn up at 8am, me and Millie are fast asleep, I miss the knock on the door and now have to wait 24 hours to go and pick it up!! I wouldnt usually mind but its my OH's birthday present and if they break it I will be sooooo mad!! The even more annoying thing was that as he posted the card to say they had tried to deliver it I heard the letterbox go and went to the window just to see him driving off!!

When is it that you go on holiday Donna?

I have 6 days until my holiday!!!!!!

Also I have a thermo wrap yesterday and lost 2 inches from my tummy. Checked this morning and they have still gone! All my stetch marks on my tummy are less visible too. Very happy with it x

If you turn up at 8am you would expect some people to be in bed, so why did they not bang on door loud enought to wake you Nikki.....I would complain
 
Ok so now I am confused... I've just had an email 10minutes ago from yodel saying my parcel is out for delivery! So I wonder what Royal Mail are trying to deliver.... I haven't ordered anything else!

I have made another discovery ladies.......for years I have always had the no/low fat yogurts like Muller or 0% Greek yogurts etc that are no syns, but at the weekend hubby bought Tesco Greek light yogurt which was 1 syn per 100g......so worth those syns and taste so creamy on my fruit for brekkies. Im now going to go on world of discovery looking for new yogurts to eat and cant believe I've wasted all those years on no syn yogurts!!!
