Anyone know about noodles

    How many points are in Asda Good for you chow mein noodle snack pots as the info doesnt make sense!! Says 226 Cals on lid then summat different on the side :sigh:

    on the back its probably per 100g on the lid it'll say "per pot"

    Yeah but the actual pot is only 60grams and on the side it says Per 100grams (made up as directed) and that states lot less then what it says on lid :( arrrrrr why cant asda put the points on like sainsburys ha ha x

    on the side the per 100g made up as directed it the made weight. the lid one is correct. ad its 60g made up which weighs alot more than 100g

    Ok thanks (still a ickle confused ha ha) so if it says less the 1% fat and 233 calories how many points is that?? 3.5??

    use the cals on the front and use 0.3g sat fat which is 3.5 correct
