Anyone know of any low syn chicken goujons?

Hi all, Im sure Ive read somewhere recently that Farmfoods do some frozen chicken goujons that are only 1/2 a syn each but I can't get to a Farmfoods so was wondering if anyone knows of anything similar that Asda or Morrisons do? Fancy some in a wholemeal pitta with sw chips n saad tonight but preferably without using too many syns...I need to save those for my choccie fix . Thanks.

Hi don't know about them, but you can make your own with smash and they are really tasty! Get chicken breast then dip them in an egg then smash then repeat bung them in the oven for 25 mins and they are done also Mix some salt pepper and Cajun spices in with smash to add a bit more taste! Sounds strange but it's lovely.

Hi, timtim is right, there is a recipe in the "recipe" section and everyone says it's great. Going to try it myself later.
