Just has 4 dark ryvita as HE b, with 35g tub if philly cheese - OMG how think do you have to spread it to eat 2 35g tubs! Which are a HE a!

Last night I mixed together a little Total 0% greek yogurt with sweetener and spread it over 2 of the Ryvita Fruit Crunch, rather than butter. It was absolute heaven!
