anyone on dukan with xen??

i want to do dukan diet with xen
is it possible

A friend of mine did dunken diet but it sounds very similar to atkins so i dont think its advisable with xen x

Sorry I am another who doesn't know much about it but didn't want to read & run. With xen you have to be eating foods that are less than 5g of fat per 100g which is different to things that say less than 5% fat on the packet as I have learnt!!! I think there is a dukan forum on minimins though x

I believe Dukan wouldn't work too well with SW from everything I have read about it. A lot of meat and fish has too much fat in it x

You'd be better off with Slimming World or Weightwatchers x
