    Hiya,

Is anyone on the 1000 plan? How are you finding your losses?

I am currently doing 790 and have lost about a stone, so have got about another stone and a bit to go, but recently have been finding it harder and harder to cope with the lack of variety in my food, so was thinking I might move up a step but don't want the losses to slow down too much.

Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks! Anoushka xx

Hiya hun, i'm on the 1200 plan and when i stick to it i seem to lose 4lbs a week but i do have a LO of weight to lose so i think that may be the reason...i think the average is 1-2lbs a yr which works out at 4-8stones in a yr!!!!

I think a lot of the weight loss also has to do with food choices and remember to stick to portion control and eating good carbs like sweet potato, couscous etc as apposed to potato, bread etc. I find that i am never hungry on this diet unless i have eaten something i shouldnt and then the cravings are hard to fight.

    hth xx

Hiya Ninababes, thanks for the info. I think portion size was (one of!) my major downfalls before as I put loads of weight on when I moved in with my boyf and ate the same amount as him.

I'll see how I go until my weigh in but then I might move up to 1000 plan and strictly police my portion sizes! :p

That was one of my biggest problems but to be honest since ive been on CD i've found im not as hungry and therefore not eating as much so my portion sizes have definitely shrunk but it also helps if you're having low carb and low fat foods anyway. I think that's why people struggle so much when they move to a higher food plan but if you're strict for the first few weeks you'll get used to the smaller sizes...plus if you're not having high carb things you can fill up on dark green veg. Ps my skin is wonderful since ive been on this diet!!!!!
