Anyone swapped from vlcd to slim fast?

Hi

I have lost 5 stone on slim and save and have 2 weeks left before I'm done. I'm thinking of swapping to slim fast (or tesco slim as I've heard less carbs) and wondered if anyone had swapped from a vlcd and still list weight? The shakes suit my life at the moment as I have 2 jobs but looking forward to being able to have a meal also and thinking I have managed 4 months with no food at all so this should be a doddle!

Can I just say you've done a fantastic job and to stick at a vlcd for 4 months is amazing. If you had the willpower to stick to that so well I don't see why you couldn't make Slim Fast work for you. Good luck xx

Thank you I'm hoping to be able to continue on slim fast but be able to get my life back to instead of going out and watching everyone else eat! X
