Hi is this forum still active was on a long time ago and its popped up but it looks very quiet xxxx

it's much quieter than a few years back, theres a group of regular posters all on different plans and we all try to support each other, but yeah it's quiet now. I think social media has taken over instead sadly.

If you keep posting, some of the regulars will spot you and you'll soon get to know us, I'm not aware specifically of anyone doing WW but we've a few doing keto, slimming world, calorie counting and also very low calorie plans.
