Anyone to talk to?

I feel like everyone is doing the SW diet.

And that I may not have anyone to talk to. Please say this isn't true.

I'm doing my own sort of diet based on calorie counting and healthy eating information I have gathered myself. I have signed up to the M&S weight loss plan where I can keep a track of my weight on their tracker, I can input my daily diet and they will analyze it, telling me what I need more or less of, I can also calculate my BMI, and it gives me a guideline of things to eat.

If anyone else is doing calorie counting, has some advice for me, or would just like to chat I'd be very happy to talk.

Also I love to cook, if anyone has some good healthy, low calorie recipes they want to share that would be amazing. I love to hear about new things to eat
