Anyone Up for a SUCCESS EXPRESS challenge?



I think I'm gonna have some Scan Bran as my HExB2 with the leftover milk from HExA, I don't know why but I try to stay away from having two As on Green... Does anyone else do this? xxx


I think I get through about 2 HEB's and 1.5 HEA's over the course of a SE day
 
SE, Day 3 weight this am 14st 0.2lbs :mad:

B: Low syn sausages, egg, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and onion
S: Hi Fi Bar (HEB1)
L: Superfree veggie soup with added chicken.
S: Fruit
D: Either HEB2 with milk from HEA1, or steak, with egg and veg.


Will have to work on fitting in HEB2, and HEA today, but am on way to get new car!
 
Todays menu-

breakfast- 1xweetabix, 2xscan bran HEX B, 2x figs, raspberries, milk HEX A
snack- pink and white (2 1/2 syn)
lunch- salad, AH cous cous (1 1/2 syn), banana, grapes, muller
snack- 2xalpen bars HEX B
dinner- steamed salmon, new potatoes, carrots, green beans, salad, 28g cheese HEX A
pudding- strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, blueberries, redcurrants, 4x walnut halves (4 syn), muller

Saturday 25/09 - Success Express Day 2

Breakfast
- Banana
- 2 slices of wholemeal toast (HExB1) with 21g RF cheese (1/2 HExA1) and frylighted egg and lots of cherry tomatoes
- EL mayo (0.5 syn)
- White grapes

Snack
- Sula (0.5 syn)

Lunch
- Homemade soup (which tasted odd and has now been established as 'off')
- Pear

Snack
- Sula (0.5 syn)
- Squidgy chocolate cake (1 syn) with chocolate sauce made from 5g Cadbury's Hot Chocolate powder (1 syn) and 50ml skimmed milk (1/7 HExA2)
- 10 cashew nuts (1/2 HExB2)

Dinner
- Lettuce, carrot, cucumber, raddish and potato salad with EL mayo (0.5 syn)
- Lentil curry (1 syn) and chapatti (3 syns)

Snack
- Scan Bran (1/2 HExB2) with 300ml skimmed milk (6/7 HExA2), sweetener and banana

Total syns: 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 1 + 1 + 0.5 + 1 + 3 = 8
 
Day 4 Success Express - weight this am 14st 0.2lbs again.

B: Choc weetabix and milk (HEB1/HEA1 + 2 syns)

L: Super thick Superfree veg soup, muller
S: Fruit, Hi Fi bar (HEB2)
D: Chicken stirfry

Working today and just leaving for a gruelling 13 hours shift. That's got to be SOME body Magic, surely? Lol

I'm actually taking my cup of coffee to the car to drink en route. Brutal.
 
following this with interest!! may well give it a try tues-fri as could do with something good as im going off plan sat+sun and weigh in is monday-sob!
perhaps i'll get a headstart,lol!
 
After finally getting my head round EE after being an oldie red/green girlie..my brain is now objecting to the new SE and keeps forgetting to double up on the A and B :rolleyes: I'm finding myself having to cram them in last thing at night which isn't ideal I guess.

Yesterday
Breakfast= mullerlight,plum,apple.
Snack=2x Alpen lights(HEB1)
Lunch=10 tiger prawns,spring onions, broccoli,red chilli,sugarsnap peas, babycorn.
Dinner=small portion wholemeal pasta with sauce made from tinned toms,lean bacon,onions,garlic,mushrooms,(HEA1)42g reduced fat cheddar.
Snack=2x alpen bar(HEB2),175mls milk(HEA2).
And just to add..after eating all that ^^^ I was STUFFED!!!

I have had a rubbish few days and if i don't lose half a pound this week (wi on wednesday I will need to pay :-()

So for the next 2 days I am going to do success express

Monday's menu

bombay potatoes (1/3rd)

mango chutney (2 syns)

Dinner (kept changing my mind !!)

tiny slice of roast chicken
2 tiny SW roasties
carrots and swede
parsnips
steamed veg
gravy (3 syns)
YUM !

snack
fiber plus bar (heb)
milk in tea (hea)
yogurt and fruit

Will not have the other HEA as i am full and would jsut be eating for the sake of it



Tuesday's menu

large fruit salad
yogurt

lunch
layered cheese and prawn salad (1 syn and 1 hea )
alpen light bar x 2 (heb)

vegetable curry
rice

Yup there was 2/3rds superfree.I had a handfull of pasta,about 5 small bits of chopped lean bacon then a whole tin of tomatoes,an onion,10 mushrooms and a garlic clove...so should be fine thanks hun xx
 
I probably ate all my syns today in chocolate.

Hellish day, so tempted to get chips from chippy on way home or a chinese, but I stayed strong! Came home made my stir fry.

So tired.

In again tomorrow.

So for Tuesday - in advance as might no have time to post tomorrow.

Edited to add: weight this am 14st 0.8lbs. RUBBISH! Pure ragin'. Am going to pure hardcore SE until Weds just to PROVE its not my scales.

snack- orange, smarties (3 1/2 SYN), pink and white (2 1/2 SYN)
dinner- quorn mince, passata, onion, carrot, pepper, mushroom, peas, sweetcorn, kidney beans
pudding- strawberries, muller

- Apple

- Biriyani rice (2 syns) with half a boiled egg, small potato and lamb (HExB1)
- Cucumber, carrot, raddish, lettuce and cabbage salad with EL mayo (0.5 syns)

8pm
- 250ml semi skimmed milk (HExA1) with 2 small dates (4 syns)

10pm
- 350ml skimmed milk (HExA2) with Scan Bran (HExB2) and 10g Cadbury's Dairy Milk (2.5 syns)

Total syns: 2 + 0.5 + 4 + 2.5 = 9 syns

I know this is terrible but my appetite has gone out of the window and I had to force-feed myself :( x
 
Tuesday - weigh in tomorrow and scales are reporting... 14st 1.6lbs, meaning erm, I've lost track but its not good.

Carrying on regardless though as if I don't try I'll never know will I?

B: Yoghurt, fruit, coffee
S: Weetabix Oaty bar and coffee (HEB2 part HEA1)
l: Salad and cold meat at mums
D: 2 Slices wholemeal Nimble (HEB1), Beans and loads of fruit for after
Snacks: Fruit, maybe a wee sneaky latte when out with mum, will measure sysn for that when I'm home.
 
Good news for me ladies, I lost 3lb on my SE week. Happy days :)
I found it got easier as the week went on I must admit.
Will try some more this week.
