I am not in the right frame of mind for something as strict as SE at the mo. Got married at Christmas and went on honeymoon over Easter and since then have been yo-yoing around the same weight. I have raised my target to make it seem more realistic so I am now 7lbs from target. This will put me at 9stone off since I started SW. One thing I have been reading up on though is this 7777 booster challenge - 7 syns, 7 glasses of water and 7 speed/super speed foods for 7 days. A friend of mine is trying it this week and said she can feel the difference in her energy levels and motivation after 4 days. Fancy that instead of SE?
