Hi I'm new to this, really want to lose weight for xmas so will add myself onto the list (I hope it works ok as I'm on my phone!).

Going to try a combo of healthy eating and exercise, trying to keep it simple as I've tried so many things in the past and always put it back on.

thanks girls.
first week back at it since my hol so i think i was expecting a bigger loss.
if i can lose 2lbs this week then i'll have lost all of my holiday weight. (how did i put on 7lbs in 10 days!!!!!!!!).

had a mini blow out today. took my little girl to see in the night garden @ the trafford center and we went to an American pub type place for dinner. it was called the exchange bar and grill.
tried to stay healthy and point it but have guessed at 30PP really. it was chicken fahitas and also 3 onion rings, also shared some minstrals in the show with my little one which ive pointed.

must get back to clean eating tomorrow x
