anyone up for another 100% weekend

i think that i need to get a focus this weekend. so from when you wake up on Saturday until when you go to bed on Sunday 100%.

Post what you have eaten, your syns etc.
and i know that SW members are the best at encouraging each other. (my bias view)xxxx
